5 Star experience. Friendly & Great staff in front office, always warm and welcoming. Damien helped my partner and I with injuries and got sorted out quickly. Will definitely go back if any further injuries arise.

Roughly 13 years ago, l was told by many many different practitioners that l would need back surgery, l kept hoping l would find someone that thought differently…and eventually l did! I was extremely lucky to have stumbled across Damien … Damien looked at my scans …and was so positive that he could help me… and that he did …l went from struggling to walk, with excruciating constant pain…. To being pain free and running! No surgery needed!
I cannot thank him enough …
I have only ever been treated by Damien, but my teenage boys have seen the podiatrist and the Osteopaths at PCP and they too were awesome.
There is such a great positive vibe at PCP.staff are super friendly and caring.

I was referred to PCP by my trainer almost 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back. Luke has been able to treat all my tricky bits, providing sound and caring advice to work around my injuries when I was competing, and Emma tackles and irons out the knots from my desk job and tough training sessions. Without a doubt, this truly is a one-stop shop with welcoming receptionists and dedicated, passionate professionals. Everyone is warm and friendly. I have spent the last 2 years battling injuries with Luke ranging from knee to ankle to back and hip. All of these generated from playing sport. It's been 12 months since I last saw Luke, I am still performing the exercises I was last prescribed and because of all the work he put in I have been able to return to sport actively. I could not be more thankful for all the effort Luke has put into myself, has completely changed my life.

Doesn’t matter which Osteo you see, they’re all knowledgeable, professional practitioners who know what they’re doing. Great to have them just around the corner!

Dr. Tom is a Jesus "the messiah" (no joke). I was referred by a friend and it was 100% worth visiting Dr. Tom and if anyone is reading this review and comparing all Osteopath, I strongly advise to book session with him and guaranteed you will not regret your decision. I've seen many physio's and a few osteo's over the years for my problems. Osteo's seem to get to the root of the problem more efficiently. I've seen both Georgia and Damien. Both are great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Since I started seeing them I've been doing better than I have for years. Reception staff are lovely and friendly as well. What I like and appreciate most about this clinic is the genuine desire to help and not how much money they can make from each client.

The osteopathic treatment I have received from Georgia at Point Cook Physical has honestly been life-changing for me. The level of care and respect with which she works with clients with complex problems is outstanding. Would recommend without reservation.

I was experiencing terrible back/neck pain and was desperate to see an osteo. I looked around on the internet and was looking for somewhere I could book online. I found point cook physical - the system was great and very easy to book. I got a very friendly call in the morning from the receptionist Melissa to confirm my appointment and also spent the time
Giving me directions to the clinic. Melissa was so friendly and happy you could really tell she takes pride in her work. I had Rachel as my osteo and omg she was absolutely amazing! She took her time understanding my concerns and spent her time really trying to fix all of them. She even got me to take a video of her doing the exercises so I could go home and do them myself.
Rachel is so friendly and has a genuine passion for what she does. She is clearly very skilled at it too. I am feeling so much better after just one treatment and will definitely be returning Thank you so much for making my experience a great one! I will definitely be back and will be spreading the word! ️️

Look I'm not going to lie. I refuse to. To all the staff that treated me and assisted in me get to the point I'm at know. You done an amazing job. Always concerned on how I was progressing but work cover doesn't last for ever then I didn't hear from anyone.and my back has stayed in a incomplete state of recovery. But I did get a message today out of the blue asking if I needed to see a psychologist? I think they wanted a good review look it would be 5 stars. But the welcoming party needs a lot of work and needs to hear out what customers are trying to say. Not talk over them and hang up. 5 stars to the practitioners and rehabilitation staff. Lovely and professional. - 2 for rude. Sorry guys

Damien De Caneva is my guarding angel. My story, once upon a time in Melbourne, a GP told me to have a surgery to fix my chronic lower back pain because it was not going away for 10years. So I panicked and I went to a Physio and a Chiro but nothing happened as they were treating the symptom temporarily. Then I found Damien while looking for an Osteo, then my life changed after that, it will never be same again. I have ended my suffering which I had for 10years with Damien's help. He explained me how can I fix the root cause not the symptom, how the body works as a whole. Damien is a true gem, he regularly updates himself with most recent and scientifically proven treatment procedures. The booking process is efficient and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I know we like to search reviews before we go anywhere especially people treating/healing our bodies but I would say one thing from my personal experience go to Damien once and your life can change for good but you need to put some effort, he can't do the magic without your help. He can only show you the way & the rest is in your hands.

This clinic has changed and saved my life. I have seen 4 different practitioners for all different reasons, and they have all been respectful, amazing, and helpful.
Without this clinic, I don’t know if my pain and trauma would have progressed as positively as it has.
From the admin to the management, this practice is like having a supportive, comfortable, home away from home. They all work as a team and are so collaborative in my health and well-being that I couldn’t imagine being treated by anyone else or any other practice.
The osteopaths are knowledgeable and sometimes mind-blowing in their ability to connect the body with its issues.
The acupuncture is such a mind and body release that even at your worst, you will feel yourself accepting the overall calm and pain control that it offers.
Be honest with yourself and then be honest with them and be ready for this clinic to change your life.

After suffering for a while and thinking I was headed for a hip replacement, treatments from Georgia at Point Cook physical set me on a path to feeling like I hadn't (physically) for some years. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the west.

My Osteopath Georgia was meticulous, explained the details clearly and through studying my body posture, treated the root and reason for my persistent pain! My whole family are Osteopaths in Europe so I’ve had my fair share of treatment. But I was extremely happy with the results of my treatment here! Everyone very kind and polite, very clean clinic! I’d definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Friendly receptionist and my osteo Luke is just a guru. Started seeing him a few years ago for lower back issues that kept happening to me yrs after yrs and since no more issues. Compared to other places ive been before, it is not a quick fix. He will find the cause/source of the issue and find ways to fix it so it doesnt happen anymore. Not someone to tell you to stop doing this exercise or this one. But he will find a way for you to keep doing what you like without hurting yourself.

If you think you are overweight and not very healthy, so just make your day for change and ask for very educated dietition and lovely person. She give you best device. If you listen her, after one year you will be different person. You will small in your mirror.
