Can’t believe I have been driving 20 mins to a compound pharmacy to pay three times more for my daughters melatonin! So glad I found this little chemist, think as it is within a medical centre I must have overlooked it.

I’ve been attending for many years and I’m comforted in the knowledge that not only are the staff helpful but that I can rely on the pharmacist for all our lifetime family pharmaceutical needs to provide sound advice. Our Point Cook coastal community is so fortunate now to have a family pharmacy where they invest in building relationships with the individual and deliver a superior and necessary health service. We were also rest assured during the Covid-19 pandemic when they offered free local delivery which provided such peace of mind. Great too that it’s next door to the Point Cook Medical Centre. Wonderful! It is all about best care and we appreciate the generous time offered to explain medication and general health advice for achieving optimal health. Ashim & his staff are always wonderful. They really have a genuine care for their clients & show an interest in not just your immediate medical presentation but anything else that might be going on in your life that may affect your ongoing health issues, & following this up with general holistic advice in alternative ways. Always friendly & approachable, it is a well structured team working there, & no matter what time you attend, even if they are flat out busy, they never make you feel like you're being rushed out the door. If it wasn't for the fact you would usually be presenting there because you are unwell, it is a real pleasure when you do stop in for your prescription & other pharmaceutical needs. On a personal note, thanks guys for the support you have given me over the years.it hasn't been the smoothest of journeys but to have come out the other side like I have is not just because of the work I have put in but also because I had you always behind me cheering me on. This pharmacy is the best! Ashim (owner and Pharmacist) is very knowledgeable and helpful every time we see him. All of the staff genuinely care and listen to you. I would love to also thank Ashim for a gorgeous bunch of flowers I received from him and his gorgeous staff (his very talented wife makes up gorgeous bunches) just because they knew how tough this year has been for my little family. I highly recommend this pharmacy as they are the best!

Very helpful during a challenging time. Arranged delivery of medication for a patient of mine confined to home due to COVID isolation even though they weren't usually one of their customers. Will be recommending to other patients given this great service.

I don’t write reviews for businesses but this is truly an exception. This pharmacy has exemplary staff but I am going to single out a particular staff member, Stacey. This young lady goes the extra mile to support and sort out NDSS and diabetic supplies. Stacey has on many occasions has sourced and always found the new adhesive, tape or whatever new item on the market that we hear about and want to try to aid our child’s diabetes. Stacey always finds it for us. This pharmacy constantly holds many Medtronic pump supplies in stock as well. I cannot confirm if they hold other brands, as we don’t use them, but they have a great supply of Medtronic pump reservoirs, set changes (cannulas), meters, test strips, etc and the list goes on. If they don’t have it, you’ll usually get a phone call the next day to say it’s arrived for you. All through Covid lockdown, we had our monthly medications and diabetes supplies uninterrupted and delivered by the pharmacy to our door. No better service or support around. Oh, and they always have have FRESH glucogel jelly beans! If you want a professional team to help you with your medications not just diabetes, this pharmacy is a standout. You’re welcome!

Truly one of a kind. The expertise and knowledge and *care* is something you will not find anywhere else. I will always drive an extra 15 minutes, 20 minutes.even 30 minutes just to ensure I am getting my scripts from the wonderful team at Point Cook Pharmacy.

It is great to see a business who prides themselves on going the extra mile.
As my Drs receptionist managed to lose my script the owner contacted the drs rooms and found out the info to dispense the medication.
It is rare to get such good service these days and every time my partner or I am there we always get amazing friendly service. Hands down the best pharmacy i have been to since moving to VIC almost 2 years ago.

Everyone is so nice here and always have smiles on their faces! I was served by Stacey and she made me laugh when she put hand sanitiser on the pen (sadly due to covid19) but at least it made me laugh great people!
