Point Capri

Point Capri is certainly a wonderful place! We felt quite spoilt! The personalised ‘secret’ welcome message was a wonderful touch. The owners went out of their way to cater for our strict dietary requirements, exceeding all expectations with both the quantity of items provided (including champagne – the owners asked whether we would like white, red, or bubbly on arrival), but also the quality of the produce, from the home-made cookies (that were delicious) to the incredible breakfast hamper.
The minimalist clearing of natural surrounds created an inviting and secluded environment, and small touches made the experience that much more special, romantic and fun. The décor suits the location to perfection, and we loved the bathroom décor, ironwork, and the outdoor BBQ/spa/shower area.
We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing break and the location is great, with a lovely walk to beautiful views and the beach along a well-marked path, and only a short drive to the hot springs.
The Point Capri crew were on hand to provide any assistance both before and during our stay and made it really easy to enjoy the complimentary gorgeous outdoor barrel sauna. We didn’t even have to do any washing up!

Thank you to our hosts Deb and Richard for a fabulous getaway at beautiful Point Capri. I can’t recommend it more highly as an idyllic retreat for anyone in need of some time immersed in nature, with all the creature comforts of a luxury hotel.
The attention to detail is everywhere, from the divine smell of peppermint oil in our room, the luxury organic bathroom products, or the personalised welcome message on the chalk board.

Simply divine. An amazingly relaxing place to escape to. The Beach hideaway was stunning with so many creature comforts but more importantly an environment that gave you little choice but to relax. Inside the hideaway was full of lovely little beach touches. Everything you needed, was there. The outdoor area was designed around nature making you feel you were miles away from the rest of the world but still had all the luxuries. The outdoor bath was pure indulgence - sitting under the stars was so peaceful and nourishing. The gorgeous little track to the beach was magical in itself and time on the beach was energising. We had a private massage at the start which allowed us to immediately unwind and sink into the weekend. The food was also suburb from the breakfasts to the platter to the bbq meal - all so so delicious with beautiful flavours. Richard provided perfect communication and answered/delivered on any requests we had. Highly, highly recommend.

Best stay we’ve ever had. Location 10/10 Service 10/10 Room 10/10. The place is stunning and I felt like a new human after our time. We had a private outdoor spa bath and shower. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Richard was extremely accommodating. We had a delicious dinner and even found treats left at our door for us including rhubarb jam that was delicious. The food that was already in our room was delicious too. We had a private trail to the beach where we could play in the rock pool. Highly, highly recommend. Felt so different to an Airbnb.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary, which was a surprise for her, but as I booked to stay and communicated with Richard to inform him that it was our anniversary he went above and beyond to make this weekend super special for us.
I honestly have never written a review but definitely felt it necessary as words cannot describe how amazing it was! The room was amazing! Richard would go out of his way to organize anything that we needed. The food was amazing and fresh straight from his garden. So all in all was one of the best places I have stayed at and will definitely be staying there again! Highly recommended

Celebrated my partner’s birthday here for a 2 days in the Ocean Room and it was everything we expected and more! We’d definitely come back and refer to our family and friends. Excellent service from the host, Richard. Thank you for making our time there so memorable.

This was one of our most memorable stays. Richard was a wonderful host and the place was very special. Point Capri has the perfect mix of luxury and nature. The place blends seamlessly with the national part. I enjoyed every minute photographing and my wife painting, inspired by her surroundings. We could not have asked for a better two days away.

I absolutely loved Point Capri. From the moment we pulled into the driveway I already felt at peace. It is the most tranquil little hide away. The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious. No detail has been overlooked. We had a fantastic experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs some much needed R&R. My husband and I spent a memorable couple of days at Point Capri.a magical retreat nestled in the bush amidst the birdsong. Such a private little haven and yet just over an hours drive to Melbourne

The Point Capri experience is definitely one for those who are wanting to disconnect, rest and rejuvenate in your very own private luxury escape.
My fiancé and I stayed in the Dune Hideaway room which boasts its rustic elegance and complete tranquility by being surrounded by a natural coastal forest.
It was easy to relax with a wine out on the decking or in the outdoor spa, with tea candle lanterns positioned amongst the gardens to set the mood.

Our stay was truely memorable, and I would definitely recommend taking an early morning stroll through the guest-only beach access trail, which winds you through the bush to the scenic coastal beach, complete with rock pools to explore, and sand dunes to conquer.

We’re already planning for our next stay.

Luxury accommodation for couples looking to reconnect, chill, pause and relax. Beautifully appointed rooms where you can please yourself - spa, read, bbq, wine on your private balcony. Wonderful hosts meet your every need or just do you, as you enjoy the gorgeous surrounds, including the must visit walk to the ocean beach. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, breakfast supplies that delight we could not recommend any more highly. An absolute gem on the Mornington Peninsula - book now, you will thanks yourself as soon as you arrive.

We have just arrived home after our stay at Point Capri. We were blown away by the entire experience. The location is a balance between surf, front beach, wineries and golf courses. There was too much for us to do across our three nights.
Point Capri is beautiful. The luxury of the room we were in (The Beach) will be long remembered. Aside from the unique privacy of our environment (spa and outdoor shower totally private) we had such a comfortable and fully appointed retreat that we did not want to leave.
A totally worthwhile experience. We will be back

For a couples getaway.a really idyllic. Tranquil. Sounds of nature and the ocean. Plenty of relaxation. Your own outdoor spa. Private beach access. Massages (optional). The included breakfast is quite a large quantity and the platter we ordered stretched over two days comfortably. The Point Capri team were great at making sure the little extras we asked for were done, and the extra late checkout was a blessing. A really enjoyable stay for our special celebration, which we were happy to pay a little more than usual for.worth it for the memories.

Such a beautiful and secluded place to spend a few days and nights. Wake to birdsong and drift into sleep with the sound of the ocean (just a short walk away on a guests-only path). Point Capri offers complete privacy from the beginning of your stay to the end, although those who want advice on local wines, beers or food will find hosts Deb and Richard extremely friendly, gregarious and well-informed. Highly recommended.

I cant say enough for this little piece of heaven. From the romantic room to the subtle touches by the owners, Richard and Debra went above and beyond. Our weekend was beautiful, will definitely be staying again. Thankyou once again for your hospitality.

Serene and secluded haven at the edge of the National Park. The self-contained accommodation is very inviting with lots of unique, comfy touches, while the 'anytime' breakfast was so generous, it was both breakfast and brunch/lunch. A short (and aerobic!) walk to the stunning surf beach. Can't wait to visit again. A gem!
