Ordered Guajillo chilli’s, the chilli’s arrived with worms, bugs and webs inside the packet.

Pretty neat store for Mexican products. One stop shop for basically everything you might need. Good communication from dispatch and fast response from management.

I think on orders of nearly 100$ you could make a case that delivery within CBD could be waved, but ~10$ Isn't the end of the world.

Biggest disappointed was I ordered 600grams of 'Queso fresco' ("fresh cheese" in their invoice summary). If you're expecting crumbly Queso Fresco you will be disappointed when "That's Amore mozzarella" arrives in your box, pretending to be Queso Fresco. I suppose it was technically "fresh cheese".

Also, half of their corn tortilla shells were marked as expired. I was assured that this was a printing error from their distributor. They seemed fine once we opened them, but I didn't like explaining to my guests second hand information. Why not just offer to swap the items, and then take the issue up with your distributor?

Recommend finding a shop in person where you can inspect your items and talk to someone behind the counter. This is more reliable when it comes down to something as important as your taco night.

We have ordered Tortillas regularly from them, made in Victoria, and of course many dried chilis, Molé Rojo, other spices and treats. We did visit once just 4 months ago as we were in Melb.visiting, and picked up some fresh cheese as well. Diego is awesome and I have recommended many folks to check out their website. Gracias!

I bought three items.horchata which expired in june.a mole verde severely expired oil floating on top and mole like an adobe brick.both a waste.the tamales. Unbelievabley stale and dry.good luck.you really need it.

Before lockdown I visited and collected and the people were fantastic. In lockdown I have ordered and the delivery has been quick and efficient and just as friendly. The products are excellent. Try these guys you won't be sorry.

I read an article last week about a new (for me) style of Mexican chilli sauce. A quick search and I found Poblano had multiple varieties. Even better, their super speedy service and delivery meant it was in my hands within three days. Impressive

Outstanding! Wonderful selection at reasonable prices. Was blown away by the speed of delivery in the midst of a pandemic with 3 borders closed. (Qld, Vic, NSW) Was prepared for a relatively long wait and was impressed that it was a relatively short time. Thanks for great service.

Just a big thank you to the Poblano Mexican delivery team, my brother-in-law ordered some food and jarritos (soft drinks) as a gift for my family. The delivery guy was really nice and to be honest, the fact that he had to travel for probably over an hour from Chetlenham to reach my place is something that needs to be commended, great way to show your customer service skills! The order was delivered next day and all things, including the delicious quesillo (Queso Oaxaca) and the mole paste (Coloradito), were really fresh. Thanks again!

Awesome experience with Poblano Mexican and Diego Whom was kind enough to take time out of his Public Holiday and the store being closed to meet with us today for a modest amount of items to facilitate our Tamale making. Will definitely make further purchases from Poblano in the future!
*Update: Made 54 Tamales today. Ancho/Guajilla red sauce Pork and Tomatillo green sauce shredded chicken with Oaxaca cheese and Ortega Chili. Thanks again!

Quick and easy service. Food supplies look great. Had ordered from a place in Sydney previously and had weavles in the Masa. They decided it was their issue.

I love Poblano, they have every thing that I need to eat my delicious mexican food out of my home country, and not just that, the service is great.
