The Alkorcell - matt white 3mm sheets were exactly what I wanted for my caravan reno. Not only is the ply extremely lightweight, its very flexible and easy to work with. Combine this along with the great customer service from Jon, who arranged the interstate delivery without a problem. Delivery was quick after payment.

Bad customer service! I wanted to buy a melamine board but unfortunately it was a little too big for my car, I asked if they could cut (just need two simple cuts) they said they were too busy at bunnings they would have done it without a complain

I ordered a sample pack and am just absolutely amazed at the quality. It can be so hard to find nice, darker grain wood for laser cutting so I’ll absolutely be ordering again in the future

I have been searching for a reliable supplier of quality ply to use on my hobby laser. Found Plyco via web search, they offered & sent a sample of their birch ply - it arrived in quick time, quality is great & I’ve found my future supplier - Thanks Plyco!

Staff were so rude, not to me personally, but to an old Asian lady who clearly struggles with English. Was sad watching her being treated disrespectfully and with the unnecessarily attitude.must be the trashy TNs effecting his brain tsk.

This company is brilliant. I had a very small domestic project and they spent time advising and suggesting ways to improve my project and reduce the cost. When I went to pick up again helpful and friendly. End result - couldn’t be happier - thanks Plyco

Zero communication, extended delivery times, was told three times that my order has been shipped, tracking number is shown to be linked to Auspost when in fact it's with another private company, Plyco miscalculated shipping cost charged by their private courier and refuses to pay difference resulting in me having to hire a truck and to pick up my own order for which I paid shipping fees. Once and never again. Terrible service.

Edit: In respect of your recent comment on my review:
- The 'extensive communication' was solely initiated by myself after having virtually no updates on where my order is and how long it will take to get it to site. Daily calls were my only way of getting updates and even then I received incorrect information every time.
- Delivery to depot was the only shipping arranged since Plyco did not approve any additional costs associated with the delivery of the items although I included in the online order and confirmed via phone that no forklift is available or needed when receiving the order. Waiting periods associated with the pending approval would have unnecessarily exceeded the already extended timeframe further.

I'm a business owner myself and usually do not leave negative reviews, however, this delivery posed such great inconvenience and resulted in expenses I had to carry due to the delays that I will remain the review online.

Had some issues with delivery but they fully refunded without issue. Great range of product, wish they had a store in Sydney.

Ordered some Moisture resistant MDF sheets, they were being delivered while i was out so had to organise someone to be there and help unload as they didn’t have a jockey, Not a huge issue.however the boards weren’t dyed or marked to indicate the product to be moisture resistant. The boards were very very wavy and when i called with these concerns i was told its due to the weather that the boards warp. I went on to there Facebook page and saw the way they stack their products, next to no support underneath only 3 1200mm supports Would never order again knowing every sheet in there stock is warped

Ridiculously over-priced and comtemptuous service. I asked for a piece of MDF cut and it was 10 business days. Are you kidding? Just go to Bunnings folks or anywhere else really.
