Plush Sofas Nunawading

Went into Plush Nunawading today and purchased a 3 and 2 seat sofa pair.
I was so impressed by not only the product knowledge, but by the friendliness of the salesperson Lisa who assisted me with my purchase. She was so 'on point' with everything I personally expect when I am a customer making a big purchase- thank you! And also a special mention to the other two ladies who work there (sorry, I didn't get your names), i was chatting to them while waiting for my paperwork, and they are so personable as well.
Such a great team!
The store has a 'blink and you'll miss it" location, but once instore, you will be so glad you had a look.
Oh, and the furniture is great too!

I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the incredible staff who assisted us. A special thank you to Vanessa who provided us with the best service we have ever received. Would not shop anywhere else and would highly recommend to everyone!

Was told the couch would take 12-14 weeks, but ended up taking 20 weeks. Quality of the couch is great. No option to pay the outstanding without incurring a fee. Had to call the office to perform a bank transfer, but had to follow up consistently. Agree with other comments, since Nick Scali has taken over, customer service is non existing. Also with the amount of money you spend on their products, delivery should be free!

Couch purchased in August 2022 and was told it would take 12-14 weeks. This is absolutely NOT true and has been blown out to January 2023. Based on other reviews on here other people have bought products prior and it has taken more than 12-14 weeks and yet staff continue to inform customers that it's 12-14 weeks. Would suggest going through your credit card company for a refund as it's misleading to say 12-14 weeks when in fact it's much longer. Most people would not purchase of they knew it would take over 12-14 weeks. Credit card companies are good at dealing with this and you should be able to get a full 100% refund. Of course I suggest not purchasing at all.

Store Manager rude and arrogrant and doesnt care and hungs up on customers paying her wage

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Plush Nunawadding! We had the pleasure of being served by Andrea Paton, the Showroom Manager, and she made our lives a breeze!

We needed help picking the right couch, but also when it came time to delivery, we needed some flexibility because of construction delays to our home. Andrea and the team were so warm and friendly, and worked with us to ensure we could deliver the couch at a suitable time around settlement.

I'd like to give a big thank you to Andrea and her staff for being so kind and helpful! You won't find this level of service elsewhere!

We ordered our Pasadena sofa today at the Nunawading store after a few visits over the long weekend.
We were lucky enough to have Showroom Manager Andrea look after us. She was a delight to deal with and provided guidance when needed and we didn't feel pressured to rush our decision.

The Nunawading store had a great selection so that I could sit, touch and experience in person what I had seen on the website. Andrea was exceptional. Giving me the perfect amount of information to help make my choices on fabric.especially with my cat and options for my Zara. This was my third plush purchase. Thanks so much! It was not my closest store (I was in the area for other items), however I will certainly return for my next purchase.

Great experience today purchasing a sofa. Andrea was very helpful and knew the products, fabrics and colours. She knew where to find specific products and colours on display to help us choose.

Recently purchased all new sofas for my house and decided to return to Plush Nunawading as I purchased sofas from there 15 years ago and they have lasted all that time. Was served by the very helpful, professional and lovely Andrea. She helped up with the whole process from figuring out configuration of the sofas to the measurements and even the colours. Would recommend this store to anyone that wanted amazing customer service and even better great long lasting sofas.
