From the moment I stepped into the shop and started to look around I felt relaxed and was happy to browse.
This was my first time at Plush Furniture.
Varun approached me after I did a tour of the shop.
He introduced himself as I did too.
Varun asked me if I had anything specific in mind.
I am on a budget but am happy to buy a sofa within my budget.
I am slowly furnishing my home.
One piece of furniture at a time.
Varun was friendly professional and very helpful as well as patient with me.
I am sure we did our 10,000 steps.
I will definitely come back and look for Varun to help me with my next purchase when I save up.
A positive experience with a gentleman.
I have just received my couch and yes I am delighted with it.

Love my new Snuggle Swivel Armchair from Plush Moorabbin.
It is so comfortable and I love curling up in it.
Plush did a great job getting my new chair to me as promised.

We ordered several items. The order has been delivered eventually, but the entire customer experience has been below all expectations. We had to make a change in the order of one of the items as the staff at the store refused to sell an item from the floor but later agreed. As a result, for the order change and refund arrangement we had to arrive into the store, as other options were unavailable. Misleading information was given about expected delivery, dispatch and progress of the order several times.

Do not order unless you have significant time to wait and can accomodate ‘delays. ’ Additionally do not expect any professionalism or high degree of customer service after the sale. Very disappointing

Ordered couch in early September and was told would be delivered in early December, it is now February and still no sign of couch. Not happy Jan. We bought an electric chair in September from floor stock, also to go with couch, and guess what, the transformer has died so now doesn't work. Rang up warranty and was told by girl that we would have to wait 3 to 5 months to replace as it comes from China. We kicked up a big fuss and spoke to manager he is now going to check if he can take from another chair in warehouse. Will see what happens next

What a disgrace customer service!
We have been waiting for our lounge for more than 3 months! Finally we were notified by the OVERSES delivery team via SMS about the date and time it will be delivered, with no option to change the time/date or contact number.
We managed to contact the courier who was supposed to let us know if they can change the delivery time and while we were waiting we received another SMS notifying us that our delivery was rescheduled to next month, as they said we were uncontactable!
We tried calling customer service several times, but no one answers and the call simply ends.
What a joke!
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!
Now we need to wait another month for our lounge!

BEWARE - Plush Sofa's quoted an 8-12 week lead time and WORST case 16 weeks due to covid and other delays.
I just checked the status of my order after 10 weeks and they have advised delivery will in fact be 22 WEEKS from when I placed my order, 22 WEEKS! Nearly half a year!
On top of that, apparently if I wish to cancel my order, I will NOT receive my deposit back!
Plush Sofa's are seriously misleading their customers in order to get sales, if you would like your sofa within 6 months, don't order from Plush!

If you’re looking at purchasing a sofa, go see Manuella at the Moorabbin Plush store. Manuella was exceptional in her product knowledge and detail. I never felt rushed or pressured. She wrote out the dimensions and gave fabric samples for me to take home and try out. I highly recommend Manuella at Moorabbin Plush.

We had a great experience at the Plush Moorabbin store. Manuella the store manager was excellent to deal with and had fabulous product knowledge. She gave us options that we hadn’t yet considered and truly made sure that we made the right decision for us.
We are excited to receive our new couches and would highly recommend shopping here!

Very happy to have shopped at Plush Moorabbine. Manuella the store manager went above and beyond to make my sofa purchase experience easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable with the product as well as helping me to make a decision and what colour would suit my living room. I highly recommend plush costumer services and will me returning back because the customer service was amazing as well as the sofa.

Great service while purchasing, but if you take advantage of the 72 hour change of mind policy, expect the good service to stop there! I did everything as I was supposed to with returning the couch and plush care booklet (and had to go into the store twice because their system was down - I never complained as I understand these things happen). I was told by a sales representative my refund would be returned within 7 business days.
Gen then took over my refund and told me it would be 10 business days. She had no idea how to actually process a refund request and had to call another staff member, and an area manager to check the process. I wasn't confident that the request had been lodged properly so I followed up, I ended up calling the store several times over the next 3 weeks to follow up. Finally after 10 business days and no return call from Gen (which she had promised me the previous week) my money was still no where to be seen so I followed up and called again! I asked Gen why she didn't call me back the previous week like she said she would and she responded with, I didn't hear back from Finance. This seemed to be a standard, non caring attitude from her, so I took matters into my own hands. I called the Plush head office and asked to speak to someone in Finance (Gen had been telling me the entire time that she didn't have a number for them) Once I got onto them, they were apologetic, helpful and informed me the return was never lodged properly in the first place due to the systems being down. Terrible customer service and incompetence from Gen and zero initiative in actually resolving the problem. Also zero empathy from her which would have gone a long way in this situation! Instead of hearing me out she spoke over me and said she had had a difficult week due to the systems being down. Have Plush's systems been down every week for the entirety of March? And as a customer who has a right to a refund and had been given the complete run around, aren't I entitled to some actual customer service and resolution instead of Gen shifting blame and speaking over me? I understand things happen sometimes but the way this was handled was appalling. It took up so much of my time to investigate and actually get a resolution. After speaking to Finance, I received the refund that day which I was thankful for. Shopping at Plush Moorabbin was a really poor experience in the end which is a shame because it started off well. I would recommend going to another Plush store and make sure you aren't going to return anything!

Just purchased sofa from plush. The only place I could find sofas with high backs. Was served by David G. His service was excellent. He was vary patient. It took me a few hours to decide on fabric and color. He never got pushy and was always ready to help. Thank you David.

Best customer service = David @ Plush Moorabbin

We went in to the Moorabbin store to see a particular fabric that was on display on another sofa, David was the guy that helped us out and we hammered him with a lot of questions. Long story short what I liked about the “rare experience” was:
Even tho he wasn’t getting the sale (as we originally went to a different Plush store) he still went above and beyond to spend the time with us, which I’m sure you will agree is rare for customer service these days! (whilst the store still had a number customers)
Unfortunately (not all) but the majority of sales people these days only help when something is in it for them, it’s rare to find a person that genuinely wants to help. GO to this store > ask for David = you’d wished you went to the store earlier!

One thing with reviews is, you can’t tell what good customer service is to someone, same applies when someone gives a 5 star rating and says ohhh amazing food at this place, yet they rated this based on ‘bang for buck’ because the meals were cheap and had taste from salt.

My point is I don’t do reviews, but when exceptional service is provided, I will make the time to acknowledge the great efforts!

Customer service is fantastic UNTIL you've placed the order. Then, don't expect a delivery any time soon and don't expect an apology either! Their time frames are very 'approximate', which basically means it gets longer every time you enquire with the store. Just do yourself a favour and go elsewhere if you actually need a couch within a 3 month period!

I hate shopping for lounges. I don't like being sold to, so when I saw David at Plush Moorabbin and he actually helped me, listened to me and did what he said, so I had no choice but to buy! We loved the sofa and the recommended fabric choice was perfect. Thank you for changing my mind about shopping.

An amazing experience from start to finish dealing with Plush Moorabbin. Fantastic service from David- he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Clearly explained our options including Plush shield, payment and timeframes. Delivery was delayed due to stage 4 lockdown- huge thanks to Bonnie who was so kind & helpful in providing regular updates. The guys who delivered the couches- Blake & Nicholas- were absolute professionals. Careful, quick and cleaned up all the mess! Product is gorgeous and so comfy (Melbourne & Snuggle Petit). Super happy with our purchase:)
