Some delivery issues with a truck breaking down. But on the second attempt my SofaBed got through to me and the staff were a great big help and did a good job.

Store was closed at 9: 45 amd the lady wanted to argue the point

Dont bother shopping here staff cant bothered to look in there system to see if there is any stock

Due to extenuating circumstances that were explained to plush, they were happy to just take my deposit and leave me with no further communication. Plush has no compassion and does not care about their customers.

Don't bother buying from plush, customer service is appalling. We received a broken couch 8 months ago, (broken on the day of receiving) two technicians have come out, both have said it's broken, in calling today to find out where the parts are and what the status is we're told there is no record of our complaint. Ridiculous.

AVOID purchasing from here AT ALL COST!
MISLEADING and DISHONEST info on delivery time, VERY BAD customer service

I have purchased a sofa mid Jan from here this year. The only reason I have bought it was because the salesperson says the sofa can be delivered in mid April as the delivery ETA moved forward (I simply walked away when they said the sofa will arrive in mid May)
In April, they sent a email to advise me that the delivery has to be delayed to May, which is frustrating. I will never have bought the sofa at the first place if I knew it will take 4 months to deliver as I need it to fit into my current living room. I have used their contact form and called their customer service for at least 2 times, yet no reply nor call back was received. I have visited another Plush store to figure out what have happened. The salesperson snorted and snapped at me "Do you know what the world is happening? Deal with it! " And then ranted about her lost in property sale during COVID. I sympathize with her lost as we all took a big hit during COVID, yet I do think her manner is totally unacceptable. Have to get to ACCC as the company has no willingness to deal with their customers.
The worst has yet to happen. The delivery ETA for the sofa has now been further delayed to mid June. Who knows when I will get it!
NOT WORTH trying your luck to buy here!

Don’t wast your time with plush. Our sofa delivery has been changed 6 times. Ordered in February. Looking like July delivery. Don’t waste your time or money. Sick of the usual COVID excuse. First it was listed as in transit. Now back to manufacturing complete. But concerned these guys are going to go into liquidation and I’ll loose my money. Avoid

If I could give then zero stars I would but 1 will do. I purchased a couch in early November and was advised that we would receive it by March and possibly earlier if lucky. My wife is having her 50th birthday in early April and we were expecting the couch to arrive by then. I have now been told it might arrive possibly Mid to late April. I called Plush at Northlands to advise on my concern, if we had been told the ETA would be by late April we would have never purchased this item and looked elsewhere. Plush informed me there was nothing they could do to escalate or offer any assistance, even an offer of a loan couch would of been appreciated as currently it's for a new house and we are sitting on chairs. Have now been informed that Plush has been brought out by another company and there is nothing they can do. I will take this up with ACCC as false information was advised at the time of sale.

This is what I got delivered after waiting over 4 months and nearly $6 thousand later. Leather is damaged in three separate sections, plus they delivered the left sided and not right sided lounger as ordered. Wrap protective packing removed and found the leather like this. Could have cried so disapointed

Helpful staff. Our sofa arrived on time, it looks and feels same as the one we saw in the showroom. We love it!

I was really happy with the huge range of different sofas. The quality definitely stood out from the other furniture stools we had been too. Our consultant Jacinta made it such a fun and stress free experience and made sure the sofa and fabric colour was perfect for us! It’s definitely called ‘The Cloud Sofa’ for a reason! First class service!

I found the staff to be quite helpful which fits a long way. Ample parking and lots of room to move helps. The stuff is quite pricy though, it's like they inflate the prices so much so, that when they have a sale, items are reduced back to normal pricing.

Terrible and disgusting customer service. We came in with the ready-to-purchase mindset. We had already determined which sofa to buy but just need few clarifications regarding the leather material but no one responded or even greeted us. These guys completely ignored us.

After getting a sale person's attention. He seemed disinterested and didn't want to help us at all. Don't bother to visit these useless and inept morons.

I didn't feel welcomed by the young Asian lady in the showroom. She was very cold and made us to walk away. So we bought our sofa in other Plush store.

Staff were extremely busy on a Sunday and we waited 40 minutes to be waited on as we had already made a decision to purchase a coffee table.
Lady who eventually served us (Mandy) was extremely rude and snappy and cut me off saying I didnt want to know the price of delivery despite signs hanging all over the place saying free delivery and quoted us $100. I honestly did not care about paying it either because I liked the product.
In the end they couldnt sell us the table due to it being a floor model and I had to wait for a call back the next day but free delivery was assured.
After a week of no callback I had ended up calling them back and Mandy said she would have to check again about giving us free delivery but they would do a good price for us.
In the end we weren’t treated like customers by Mandy but instead a chore. This may be an isolated incident but Plush have lost my business because of this sales rep.

Walked in, the sales lady was busy with someone else. I asked if there was someone else, she responded with I can give you a few brochures on what you want and you can go home and think about it. Despite the fact I knew exactly what I’m looking for. I have been in sales before and you certainly do not send the customer away. The ideal response should’ve been, “as soon as I finish with these customers I’ll help you right away. ” Definitely will not be recommending anyone to this store.

The staff tend to be a bit sassy. I received 3 different sets of information about how the devilry and payment for my couch would work, and when i attempted to clarify over the phone, I was spoken to quite rudely. Haven't got the actual product yet, but I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that when i was only trying to figure out which piece of information their staff had given me was correct.
