The ladies are so helpful and through the measuring service I was able to work out exactly which size to purchase. I can highly recommend Plus Snow

I love the long pants I ordered and a warm top but my only complaint is that I would like to see more warmer pants such as cargo pants that are not shell fabric or not snow pants for walking and hiking in winter

I bought a pair of trousers (and some accessories) from this outstanding retailer a while ago, and was beyond impressed with the entire experience. Their excellent product range is matched by the superb quality of their customer service (think: peerless expertise paired with prompt, patient and kind assistance). These guys take great pride in what they do, and it's so refreshing.

I travel a lot for work and need to feel confident that my gear can handle whatever dodgy conditions are thrown at it – but being curvy can make finding reliable, comfy gear a bit of nightmare, especially when you encounter retailers who make you feel small for being larger than their ideal. Yeah, it can be pretty demoralising. I’d all but given up when I found this excellent online store – and Monique made it such a positive experience. She helped me get exactly what I needed, in the perfect fit, fast.

Those trousers have since kept warm during subzero jaunts to Antarctica, the Arctic, Yukon and Siberia, but now it’s time to invest in another pair (they're still in great condition, but life’s been a little too good lately and I’ve gotta go up a size).

So, a couple of days ago I reached out to the team for some info; even though it's been a handful of years between purchases, their service was just as prompt, helpful and attentive as it was all years ago, and Monique had some great recommendations for replacements (bonus: their prices are still the best!). I know exactly where my next purchase is coming from!

I bought the Boulder Gear Norski 11 womens' long snow coat in Forest Green. I love the colour, it fits really well and is so warm. My only criticism is that the two upper pockets, although deep, are very narrow and I find it difficult to get my hands into them, but the side pockets are large and generous.

I initially ordered one that was too small and the team at Plus Outdoor gave me all the help I needed to exchange it for a bigger one. We exchanged it within a week. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I absolutely LOVE PlusSnow. And I don't say that lightly. Mon (the owner) and her staff were incredible in making sure I received the right fit for my plus size body type. Mon genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable, if things fit properly AND if I actually liked the products. PlusSnow made me feel like I was worth their time and they followed up with me to check in on how things were working for me during the ski season. I love the owner of this company as well as all the stuff she is able to source and carry on her website. Exceptional customer service, the staff certainly know their products and they sent me the perfect fit for my body measurements. Very helpful that they check sizing before shipping, it saves the frustration of having to return an incorrect size. The jacket is exactly as described and very good quality. It’s a flattering style, warm yet lightweight and the hood doesn’t flop down over my eyes. This jacket is a winner and I’ll certainly be shopping at Plus Snow again.

Love this company. Not only do they do affordable snow wear but the gear is top quality. Even if you buy online the wrong size they are prompt to respond for an exchange or refund. Delivery is swift and I haven’t got a bad word to say about them.
