Was just in for my best friend's dress, Gina is the most beautiful soul. Made the experience so easy and so fun. Please come here for the dresses they're beautiful but you can't get a Gina anywhere else

I'm using my fiances account, bur I just brought a wedding dress from these guys abour 30 minutes ago and I'm going to tell everyone about you! Not only were you willing to help and offer suggestions but you were so kind and modest. Best customer service I have ever seen! I would love to get my daughters dresses their if you still trading trading they grow up! Wish I could give you 10 stars

I am looking for larger sized wedding shoes and after coming across your website and reading the section about your wedding shoes that said the following things- "we offer an extensive selection, our sizes range up to a size 13, with the added option of an extra wide fit in selected styles" I got very excited as size 11- 11.5 bridal shoes are quite hard to find but as I live over an hour from your store I called 4 days ago, prior to visiting to ask about appointments and shoe sizing's. I was told I needed to make an appointment so someone would be able to assist me and was assured there was plenty of options available. I came in today and the saleswoman was very lovely and friendly but after telling her my shoe size she proceeded to tell me there was not alot of stock available and that she would bring out the TWO pairs of shoes in my size, no not just two that I had picked, no- the only two pairs of shoes in the entire store. Neither of them fit me and when they didn't there was no offer to try a larger size or to even talk about possibly ordering anything in, I was just told to try a specialty shoe store- which your website gives the impression that you infact, are that. Once the shoes didn't fit the saleswoman took them away and then went back to standing behind the desk, no other help or advice was provided. I was in your store for a total of 8 minutes. I am very disappointed that I wasn't told about the lack of stock, or actual options over the phone, which is exactly why I called and if I had of known this I could have saved myself a 2 hour return trip. A beautiful store but I would not recommend going for shoes as the website is extremely misleading.

After having not one but two terrible experiences with other bridal shops that are not even worth mentioning. The moment I got there I explained Lynn what happened to me and what I was after. Straight away she took me directly to a dress that I could not describe in any other way but perfect. I felt so beautiful and confident and I just felt in love with it immediately I didn’t even think there was a need to try any other dress but I did just in case confirming that the Vera gown was MY DRESS.
The dress was in a reasonable price range and I also liked the fact that they are very transparent with exactly how much you will be looking at on alterations. I am a curvy girl with only 3 months to go before my wedding day so I had almost given up on finding a beautiful dress for me. Thank you to Lynn and the team not only for helping me to find the dress of my dreams but for giving me that bridal experience that I firmly believe All brides deserve to have not only the skinny ones:)

Loved my entire experience here. Everyone was so supportive and helpful and made me feel not only comfortable but beautiful. They cater for all sizes and everyone is treated the same. Lovely ladies and stunning dresses.

Being a size 18 and not really a dress kinda girl I was very nervous about dress shopping. The first shop we went to had an amazing range but I left feeling like nothing would ever look right. Then we got to Perfection Bridal and OMG. The dresses were just perfect for curvy girls! Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Got the perfect dress at an excellent price. HIGHLY recommended!
