DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Products are cheap and bad quality. Customer service is non-existant. Emails go unanswered (support email listed on the website contains a typo), and the only phone number listed leads to a person who is not in charge and can't or won't offer any support. There's no way to get in touch with someone in a timely manner and emails aren't answered in a timely manner when you finally do get someone. Business refused a refund I'm entitled to and I've had to open a complain with CAV in order to try and get it resolved. Website also doesn't allow negative reviews of products to be posted, which says a lot.

BY THE WAY: IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THIS BUSINESS TO INSIST ON REFUNDS BEING STORE CREDIT. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR MONEY BACK.

I found plus size bras has great staff very fast freight if I have a complaint it would be that the the bra size in the bathers are to small which makes a size 12 bust and a16 bottom.

Plus Size bras has a great range and the return policy is good The only negative would be that if you do return something you can only get a credit not a refund so that could be an issue if you couldn't find anything.
