Canceling the membership of this Gym is a pain. First, we were harassed to come to the gym for cancellation and now they are asking us to pay for a fortnight even though we do not want to use the Gym (Though its No Lockin). Crazy.stay away guys!

Walked in initially expected to only receive a slight debrief of the gym, however instead my friend and I who are only just signing had been given a super detailed, interesting and helpful introduction about the gym. The manager Jake was very insightful and we feel super confident and excited to start coming here.

Great service with very nice staff, nice and simple sign up, giving me great intro into my fitness journey working with me to help reach my personal goals

The workers are lovely and the gym has all the equipment I need. They understand exactly what I wanna do to get fit and never made me feel pressured to get into a plan I couldn’t get out of. Best gym experience I’ve had so far

Amazing customer service, super easy to sign up and get started. Jake was super helpful in getting us started

Incredibly unprofessional manager, misleading sign up process, and zero safety protocol. The manager signing me up didn't even know there was a duress button and when asked said "I don't know who that calls, it might be me. " The personal trainer made me a program before even meeting me or discussing my goals which tells me it's just a cookie cutter program not at all tailored to me. All they want is your money, they don't care about their members. There is a toilet/shower that was dirty and had no hand soap. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, would give zero stars if I could. Manager asked me upon signing up to leave a 5 star review (without even showing me around the gym). Said to me "give 5 stars cause if you give any less, it brings our overall rating down" and had me do it in front of him so I wouldn't trust the other reviews because they clearly pressure people into leaving them

Edit: Now I'm being called dishonest even though I have not said a single untrue thing. I find it very distressing that instead of trying to address my concerns (which are genuine, I asked to cancel because I felt uncomfortable at the gym, not because of "personal issues") I'm just being continuously called a liar and treated like I'm trying to cause problems. My partner was contacted to join the gym even though I never gave permission for this and only gave his number for emergency contact reasons. That's dishonest. Very poor business practices, especially with Jake calling me back only to call me a liar and try to start an argument with me. This is really unprofessional and I can't wait to have nothing to do with this gym

Jake and Steve took me through the sign up process and they were both really nice and helpful throughout the whole process. The gym is spacious and relatively cheap. Looking forward to getting swole!

A friend was not provided any induction or safety information - pretty key if this is meant to be a 24 hour gym. The manager even had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review before anything had been discussed! The joining package was misleading, they said there were PT sessions included, the manager then got defensive and said it’s only a consultation. The plans were not tailored to an individual at all. The manager then gaslighted my friend - stating that he had explained the duress button location and that it was her fault for not asking for a tour, which he did not offer or explain at all. Extremely poor experience and I severely hope no one is injured after hours or they may get found the next morning.

Edit - apologies, I didn’t realise you needed to be a member to post a review on a public domain? Further, I did not state anything about my partner being a member - so you clearly have shared private information found on a members’ file - and I recall being contacted to potentially join without yourselves being given permission to use that number for anything other than emergency.

If anything, yourselves should be ashamed of your inability to resolve a seemingly simple complaint, and for gaslighting someone over events that could be a large safety concern. Also - stating of facts is not defamation, again, especially if there are safety concerns.
