I was a member at maximum gym. I Went over to plus fitness in oakleigh south to enquire and met Antonio and Shane who provided me with amazing customer service, so I decided to sign up. It is an Amazing club and I recommend it to anyone to go and sign up!

New manager Shane is doing wonders with all the new changes at Plus Fitness Oakleigh. He is very knowledgeable and motivating for all the members. I highly recommend this gym if you want results. Definitely a much better club now. Well done shane.

Pretty easy to access and do gym, lots of local here and Dan is very helpful as trainer:)

There is 12 to 13 car park available to be parked for free underneath the car park, they have recently upgraded the security camera to make sure the video is clear enough in case of hit-and-run accident

There is usually staff cleaning the gym in the early morning at around 10am where there are not many people there

Shower room and body mass weighting scale is available inside the gym too.

Nothing against the specific gym it just happened that I've signed up there, tried to end my membership as I've moved to the other side of the city, I had to drive an hour there to sign my membership cancellation no one could email it to me to sign I can use every other plus fitness in Australia but the specific one is the only one I can cancel from, I finish work at 6 o'clock and need an hour to get there and probably not a single person would be there, been paying for 7 months without using my membership and will now have to go past the one next to my house before work just for 2 minutes to scan the card
for 6 months so my membership can be moved to the one closer to home or cancel my bank account and start a new one, thanks for the perfect support to your customers keep it up, 1 star is way too much!

Friendly atmosphere with approachable and professional team members! I really enjoy the classes during the week - small group sizes with more one-on-one support. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, especially those new to the gym scene!

Enforce members using deodorant, stinks like the back of an indian restaurant in there, dont hassle people when they want to cancel their memberships, and stop spam marketing everyone like a call center. Those three points would make a great start for you.

Love that there are so many windows and plenty of natural light. Like the fact that it is more boutique and has all the equipment I need. Matt is also very friendly and helpful.

I've been a member here for over 5 years. Knowledgeable and approachable staff, clean and modern equipment. Very happy here.
