Good range of equipment, fantastic atmosphere, clean, classes are lots of fun, most of all the staff show alot of care and professionalism.

It’s a hidden gem. Family atmosphere where kids and parents often work out side by side. Members and staff are like family. Love the classes and the place is always clean.

The staff are well trained and love what they do. Once you step into Plus Fitness Mill Park you will be excited to return. Couldn't fault this gym at all! 5 stars from me. Thank you

One of the cleanest gyms around here, the gym has everything you need and plenty of equipment aswell. The staff there are very friendly and give you a great family vibe! Especially after the new management took over. Definitely recommend it

So happy to have joined Plus Fitness Mill Park.it’s the first gym I’ve been to that doesn’t have an intimidating atmosphere.so nice to be able to just do your thing and feel welcome

This gym particularly much suitable for having a nice 24x7 workout regime. The equipments are well maintained, the atmosphere is hygienic and also it adapts with all government guidelines provided for covid. The staff is extremely friendly (Adam) and will guide and help you as and when required. I personally have gained muscle and endurance in this gym.

So happy to have found Plus Fitness Mill Park. Adam and the team have been so helpful and made the entire process easy. Its so affordable, there is so much equipment and its never crowded. I highly recommend this place.

Plus Fitness was my first gym and I was quite nervous to join up but thanks to the support for Adam and the other staff members I was able to feel comfortable and couldn't be happier with the gym and the customer service. There is a great range of equipment and the staff are always more than happy to assist members with any difficulties and enquiries

Kept taking money 3 months after covid even though it was communicated to their payment provider to cancel. Blamed me for not telling them directly even though provider acknowledged the cancellation. No communication about resuming funds at all, all secretly done behind the scenes.

Gym also stinks really bad at the best times.

Would not recommend at all.
