I had an ongoing issue with gas supply to my appartment that other plumbers couldn't fix or diagnose. When I talked to Tony from Plumb Medic over the phone he took time to thoroughly understand the issue, which wasn't the case with other plumbers. We arranged an appointment, he punctually arrived and was able to find where the fault is and diagnose a very tricky issue. Very happy.

Tony, the plumber, is a wonderful guy. He is nice, polite and honest. He did the job properly, leaving no mess behind, explain clearly what needs to be done and why.

Tony was super friendly and professional while he replaced the shower head. He worked efficiently and even had some time to help me install a toilet roll holder and give advice on a dishwasher installation. All of this while holding good conversation. Tony is amazing and provides excellent service. He was punctual, professional and very friendly. My shower drain was clogged and the water couldn't flow through. He fixed and made sure the problem was solved, and even helped me to clean up before leaving. He also gave advice for future prevention and suggested me tools that I can use in the future.

Price was reasonable considering to have the job done on a Sunday morning, and was explained very well before the job was done. I don't usually write review but definitely have to give him a shout out. Will definitely call him back for any future problem.
