Had purchased an outdoor setting 4 years ago, we have always kept the setting covered. This Christmas when I needed the setting we uncovered it to find the sides of the top of table falling apart there is bites of wick dropped all on the ground.
Contacted Kristen and the response was i got the table on a good discount and she has no idea what the problem was, you may have to purchase another table, I asked for the manufacture details as this is definitely a manufactures issue still had no response won't be buying from there again

Really impressive collection of furniture, and Kristen was really helpful when we were deciding what cushions to match to our existing setting. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely people and wonderful service - ordered our space grill two working days before Christmas and it arrived on the morning of Christmas Eve! So happy!

Lounge (Ambient Lounge Mod 6) received with numerous faults. No follow up received, negligence admitted. After 12 days hole appeared and beans started leaking (safety hazard). Horrible customer service where owners have been using stand over tactics and refused to remove the entire faulty couch or issue a refund. Issues ongoing for nearly 6 weeks and now I have no lounge and and have had no refund.

Edit: another 4 weeks have passed and still have the remaining 2 sections of the 6 piece couch in my home that Plum Industries has continually ignored and failed to collect or respond to correspondence. Please note all 6 sections of the Ambient Lounge couch have had faults from pulled threads to leaking beans and split seams not to mention colour differences from section to section. It has been over 10 weeks that they have known about the issues and we are still no closer to a resolution.

UPDATE - We are now in June 2020. Plum Industries still have our money and the replacement couch and have still yet to pick up the faulty 2 remaining pieces. We have never blamed them for the product itself as they do not manufacture it but the way they have dealt with a faulty product and trying to resolve an issue is just plain negligent. Most of the products they sell you can source elsewhere so highly recommend if you want something you have seen in their store that you buy it from another place as if you are unlucky and there is an issue with the product through no fault of theirs or yours you may find yourself in a 7+ month battle to get what you paid for or your money back like we have.

Very disappointing overall experience. Faulty products that aren’t backed by the seller. Terrible response time (30+ days to come and assess/collect). Owners are abrasive, rude and threatening - Generally completely unprofessional. My Wife and I have had nothing but issues with these People trying to get what we are entitled to (even after Consumer Affairs made them aware of their obligations after supplying defective/dangerous goods). But, It seems they are no longer concerned about word of mouth reputation - which is clearly reflected in online reviews. Buy directly from the manufacturer - Plumb Industries are just weak middlemen who take their cut, and stop caring once you purchase and leave their Store. Buy from them at your peril.

It's been 12 MONTHS since paying cash for an Portsea outdoor setting including dining table and chairs. I'm still waiting for the table i bought. Numerous phone calls later i was given a loan table. It's been over a year but I'm still waiting for the table i purchased. Think I've been patient enough.
