We have used Plug-a-Long for several jobs over a few years now. They have always been quick, punctual and polite to us, both the receptionist and the plumbers, with reasonable prices. This has all been important for me as a pensioner with a disability. They have done basic plumbing such as replacing shower heads to installing a new gas heater, which included new gas pipes. Also small tasks like replacing washers and clearing gutters that I can't manage anymore. Happy to recommend them.

Call them to give quotes for installation of new toilet gave me 1900$ quote where as I got another quote of same job in 700 thay are ripping us off if

Called them to fix a leaking toilet and as an afterthought asked if they could increase the water pressure as well. They didn't have the correct parts to fix the toilet which started leaking again several day s later. When they did finally come with the correct parts they tried to slug me again for travel to Rawson. They tried to say I only wanted the water pressure increased! Why would I ring them for that when the toilet is leaking? Receptionist needs to do a customer service course.

Be careful! As a landlord, be weary if your agent hires this company to do any work for you, as they provide no guarantee for their services. I was provided a false assessment on a pressure test, stating there was a leak from a pipe. After having another plumber conduct the same pressure test, it was determined that this was incorrect. They are now not willing to provide a refund for the false assessment and the receptionist is rude and non responsive.
