Plenty Valley Dry Cleaners

When i dropped my items off as i was leaving one of the staff pushed past met o come back in basically stood on me and almost knocked my son over.
When collecting items they where all creased and needed to be repressed and owner did not see a problem with the state they were in. Advised they dont have enough room to hang cloths and they get squashed.

Will not be using them again and do not recommend

Always happy with their work. Priced well and they are always on time with having the clothes ready as per the agreed day. A bit of a wait at the front of the store sometimes, but that makes sense as they are popular. The alterations service is quite pricey though. I overheard the gentleman tell a customer that she should just buy a new dress, as she noted that the alterations would be more than what she paid for the dress.aside from that, the ironing and dry cleaning has always been 5 star.

I don't even want to say 1 star, the service is atrocious.
We had to wait extra time beyond the agreed appointed day to pick up when we are running on a schedule as foretold.
Worst of all the clothes was dirtier than before! There was stains and black spots everywhere
Did not even apologise and attitude so rude saying "what can we do about it? "
The shop is really delusional.
If you need a normal dry cleaner
Pls choose another dry cleaner
Do not use this one.

Terrible service, ruined my brand new, never worn $300 gown for an engagement. I asked for the gown to be pressed and remove two marks from the dress which resulted in the dress to be an off with colour. Absolutely terrible service which left me out of pocket for the dress which now cannot be worn as he put the dress in the washing machine and has ruined the material, and to remind you I did not get a reimbursement for the dress which left me another $500 out of pocket as I had to buy a new dress one day before the engagement party. Will never be back and will put reporting this company.

Got 4 items done was well priced and ready to pick up the next day. Happy with how the clothes looked when I picked them up.

Took my suit for a dry clean, come back to me dirty, This was my first time getting something dry cleaned but from what I understand it’s meant to come back fresh and clean, this was not the case and didn’t notice until I had the suit on ready to go to my event, I feel like they took my suit hung it up and I picked it up in the same condition I left it, save yourself the head ache and stay away from this business

Destroyed my Hugo Boss suit, and my cashmere jacket.
I knew it was surprisingly cheap.
I would of been happy to pay more if it ment that they looked after it.

I had to have something done urgently, I was very happy with the service & how quickly it was done.

The service is not great, but
the real problem is they lose your clothes and will not be responsible about it!

I took a blazer in to get dry cleaned and when my Aunt picked it up all of buttons had been burnt off on the front. When she questioned where the buttons were, the man gave the buttons back and said they had fallen off. She explained to him that they used to be black like the ones on the sleeves and they were now grey. He denied that they were damaged and said they were different buttons then the ones on the sleeves. He refused to reimburse us for the buttons. I will not be returning to Plenty Valley Dry Cleaners due to the disappointing customer service.

If i could not give a star i would. Took my daughter's wedding dress to be cleaned and fixed receipt said it would be boxed. My daughter went to pick it up and he wanted another $50 to box it. Biggest rippoff ever. When i was told it would be already boxed. He said its extra all the receipts have boxed on them. Ist time i have ever gone there and its the last.

School blazer wasnt ready no explanation given. Guy quickly did it in 10 mins after i had waited 10 mins for them to find. Got it home not pressed properly and doesnt look fresh very disappointing. Taking blazers for years never had prob before. If i hadnt paid in advance would have gone elsewhere. Wont go back!

Very friendly local business. Always helpful and fast with their services; and their prices are extremely reasonable as well - BONUS!
