Plenty Road Medical Centre

My sister forgot her mask and was asked to walk down the road in the pouring rain with an ear infection (doctor told her to not get it wet) to get one from the chemist. Receptionist wouldnt budge. Start supplying masks. Baffles me how a private practise cannot hand them out.

Just like other reviews - doctors are fine; receptionists not so much. They need to learn how to treat people or apologise when they’ve made mistakes - they are meant to be the face of the clinic after all.

Receptionist advised me there was no cost for appointment on the phone when I booked, but then after I had seen the doctor for 2 minutes (doctor did not do the treatment I asked for, instead referred me to another specalist) the receptionist then advised me that there is usually a cost "but because I'm a single mum on centrelink without much money they'll decide to do it for free this time, but next time they'll have to charge"
Well I definitely won't be going back, thanks for nothing except for belittling me in front of other patients in reception area.

I'm extremely happy with the Dr i see at this clinic who is Very professional, Welcoming, Caring, and Thorough. I'm so thankful for the care and consideration shown to me. I've never had a problem with the staff.
