Plenty Ranges Arts & Convention Centre reviews
35Had a great night entertained by Stephen K Amos, he was very funny. Show started on time and the staff had everyone seated in plenty of time. Very enjoyable night.
The theatre rooms are very nice, and have a cosy yet modern feel to them. There's a good amount of parking available, and it's very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the south morang train and bus station. I've enjoyed visiting this location each time I've been.
Small theater but you get a more personal performance. Comfortable seating and good views no matter where you sit. Plenty car parking and wheelchair accessible
Good auditorium and easy to use dressing rooms. Capacity of 500 and sound and lighting are easy to manage with the auditorium staff. The conference rooms are spacious and provide a peaceful view of the gardens.
Had our first concert here for the kids dance by Trilogy. Beautiful venue for show performance.
Great venue, seats could be bigger. Nice toilets. Lots of parking although a bit hard to navigate safely with kids in the dark
Clean facilities. Clean restrooms. Well maintained grounds. Variety of rooms for functions of different sizes. Comfortable chairs. Well ventilated. Worth considering for hiring. Highly recommended
They were running the vaccination clinic and there was plenty of space to move through the entry hall into the room they were using, everything was clean and the facilities were good. It isn't a statement place, it's the unremarkable but solid backdrop to any event.
People go there either for their vaccinations including theatre plays and stuff.not to get the wrong idea I had my Booster. Obviously Common sense those ones care to go for fun entertainment of theatre plays just an idea Harry Potter cursed child also other plays should attend here at #plentyranges at least not a far away visit into the city.
A well run venue that can be booked for School performances and alike. This visit I went for the The City of Whittlesea Community Festival that had a live performance by Rebel who performed David Bowie songs while at the same time incorporating circus style acrobats performed by the musicians, all of whom were multi instrumentalists. At only $5 a ticket it provided a great nights entertainment. I'll certainly monitoring upcoming events from now.
Went to get my 3 booster shot early, and staff front-line nurse/s do an amazing effort by the health laws to keep all walks of life safe in there community. I respect the staff to the respectful core. And the area and suburb in south morang is great I felt like I wasn't in Melbourne.
The Vaccine Hub was very well organised, and having a coffee van out the front definitely helped- looking forward to coming back for my second jab.
If you are planning to get covid vaccine here, get an early morning appointment or walk in early morning around 8.30am, otherwise plan to wait in line for at least 1.5 hrs.
Loveliest staff, nurses, everything.most painless injection I've ever had, loveliest nurse ever had me look at the tree outside then it was just over.can not rate highly enough
The place is beautiful, but we went there for the vaccine. Regardless whether you have an appointment or not, or you are getting Pfizer or Astrazenica you are placed in the same queue. So at least hour an a half wait is standard. So really, as long as you have the confirmation email on your phone, you can line up anytime of the day. The security guards at the front glance at the email, then tell you to line up. I know for the second jab I'll make an appointment as expected, then turn up when its convenient for me. Seriously.
Very smooth process. Happy for the big number of people taking the vaccine. Hope the day to lift the lockdown is not far. Well organised.
Potato cakes are terrible. Far too much batter. Rest of there food is average. I wouldn't make a special trip to go there.
The staff handling the Covid vaccination were fabulous. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you PRACC
I came here to get my second dose of Covid vaccination. There was plenty of parking, nice trees and plantings, and the buildings seemed clean and well set out. Possibly a good place for corporate functions and presentations. Didn't seem like good a venue for a rave or rock concert though. There were amazingly beautiful birds singing and darting about by the entrance. I wish I knew what type of bird they were.
Long wait & I booked myself in,
Had to wait more then 15 minutes, after, had to wait 30 minutes on a Hospital Bed, I don't remember getting on bed & how I got there. My Nurse which I had was busy on her Mobile, other male Nurse placed bandaid on & cared for me more,
so when I was better I asked who I can complain too, I reported her to the head Nurse. Dad & work mates did prepare me for side effects, but told me will get worse a day later, so sleepped for 4 hours, just got up, so hopefully can sleep again Tonight+. Side effect all told me was tiredness & sweating alot, so will see Tomorrow, they didn't get any side effects on the day just me. I had to stick the Yellow sticker on my top.
Had my 1st Pfizer, will have 2nd in a few weeks, the Nurse next to me helped me more then her, shes was busy on her mobile, he put the bandaid on, he was talking to me.
