Plenty Radiology

This place takes 3 working days to prepare an ultrasound report. In a world where the report is usually ready in 30 min. Really rubbish service. The reason you get an appointment so easily because no one wants to go here.
They made me wait 6 days for the report even though the report is signed 4 days prior (very weird people)
The ultrasound report says no hernia. Got two doctors confirming that they can feel 2 hernias. If you want worse than third world quality, go here by all means!

Saw our daughter at very short notice for an x-ray. Staff were so kind and helpful. Thankyou.

Attended here for multiple of my pregnancy ultrasounds and they are awful. Poor communication during the ultrasound.before it was even confirmed by my doctor they mentioned miscarriage. Every time I have attended I have left feeling extremely anxious by how the ultrasound was done and the lack of information I was presented with. My friend also attended and had the same experience. They may be good for normal ultrasounds but when it comes to your first ultrasound in your pregnancy they need to be better

The staff here are absolutely wonderful people, they got me in for what I was needing so quickly, I highly recommend this place.

Had an xray and ultrasound of a joint last week. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I only waited for approximately five minutes and the technicians were great. I had the tests done on the Friday and my doctor had the results back by Tuesday morning. Really good service, especially for a bulk-billing clinic.

I’ve been there twice and both times the staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend it!

Management too cheap and/or lazy to replace TV monitor to allow mother to see baby during ultrasound? Apparently a known issue for weeks and months. That's pretty unacceptable in 2022.

Great clinic location and lovely team. I was needing an urgent ultrasound and they fit me in within 2 hours! Wasn't waiting forever to be seen and the sonographer was extremely professional and calmed my anxiety surrounding the scan. Had the results by that night, thank you!

I love coming here for check ups. The girl at the front desk is super nice, and this clinic usually don’t have a long waiting period. The doctors I met were very kind, meticulous and professional, they answered my questions patiently, relieved my nervousness, and were very friendly. This attitude warms me up and I appreciate it.

I just had an excellent and most helpful experience at Plenty Radiology. The kind receptionist was able to squeeze me in at the last minute for an Xray appointment on a Saturday, which gave me tremendous peace of mind that my health issue was being addressed immediately. There was no wait when I arrived and my Xray was bulk billed with my Medicare card. The radiologist was also very kind, helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Thanks so much to the team!

I called for a last minute appointment and was given one straight away. The staff were all very friendly and professional, the service was excellent. I cannot recommend this humble place more.

I have been to Plenty Radiology approximately 8 times and each time the radiologist is punctual and the results are sent to my GP within 6 hours or so. The staff are wonderful, in particular Lorna their receptionist she is efficient, helpful and extremely caring.

I arrived on time for my appointment and there was no extra waiting. People were very friendly and pleasant there. Staff showed their professionalism towards people they looking after. I m happy with my experience.

A new radiology provider for Preston that I have been happy to refer to as a GP. Offering digital plain film, OPG and ultrasound currently. Responsive to questions and flexible about booking patients. Provide a digital report with link to image view online.
