Plenty Mowers

Took my Stihl chainsaw in as it wouldn't start, the bloke refused to look at because it wasn't sold at his dealership and told me a week till he could start repairs. Took my saw to another Stihl dealer got who got it to start than an there. I won't be going to plenty mowers again.

Reliable and friendly service. Got my Honda mower here a few years ago, had trouble with it starting and turns out it was stagnant old fuel. Got it cleaned out and serviced within a day, helped me lift the mower in the trunk as well, can't ask for anything more

Doesn’t treat you with respect, and doesn’t have much time for you, will try get you out of his shop asap if you ask to many questions. Tells you to come in for a repair Over the phone at a certain time to tell me that I have to book it in once I get there? How about explaining that over the phone…. Rude and doesn’t care to leave a customer stranded after all the money I spent here I get no respect I’m finding a new dealer!

I purchased Masport 60V ST 18 from Plenty Mowers. I’m so happy because I got for very reasonable price and also they explained about product very nicely.excellent service. The staff were also good. They have good range of products and the prices offered were reasonable.

Very Arrogant man behind the counter, I asked for a quote and he began to degrade the Lawn mower because it was old. I should of listened to my instincts and walked out, but i was desperate to get it fixed. So i paid the $50 fee. When i came back, the man behind the counter said " the mower is good for nothing and cant be fixed" And I said it only has a petrol leak.
Not accepting his worthless and expensive quote i then went to Preston Mowers and they serviced it and it now runs beautifully.
Personally i think these guys can only repair Honda, Don't bring any other brand as they are not competent enough.

Inquiring about a mower repair. Removed it from car for this old fella, very friendly, and informed me of approx cost and time frame.

Shocking customer service. Shocking attitude. Never go back to these guys again. Wanted to make me wait over a week to have a blade changed and wanted to charge an exorbitant price to do so.

After using several mower stores for purchases and servicing I found Plenty Mowers. I now use Rod and the team exclusively for all my service work and purchases. I have found them to offer the best service and prices by a country mile. I live in the country 200km from the store but bring my machines to them for service when I visit the city.
