The waiting time is way too long. I made a appointment and still waited for 2 hours to be seen.

I've been a patient of Dr Dan Uthman for a few years. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Dr Uthman listens attentively, paying attention to every symptom without dismissing any detail. He always goes above and beyond, often able to accommodate urgent walk-in requests, and he doesn't rush appointments. I highly recommend him!

Dr Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and very good explaining results of scans and blood tests. He takes the time and really listens to me. I have been to many doctors in the past but doctor Dan is one of the rare doctors that really cares.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an appointment which was on time at this clinic. Even when my appointment was the first one of the day, the doctor turned up 30 minutes late. My advice- allow up to one hour wait time from your actual appointment time. Not good enough!

Always expect at least a half hour delay on your booked appointment time.
Dr Dan is more interested in checking what's going on on his phone during a consultation. Its a problem that reception knew exactly what doctor I was referring to when complained.
Poor lady at reception seems very under the pump with little support.

I went to this clinic in April with a sore shoulder and was told I slept on it badly and given anti inflammatory medication. No touching no blood pressure. Now, having seen another doctor, X-rays and radiologist, there is a torn tendon which most likely requires surgery and I’ve been in pain for three months. It may be a bulk bill but don’t do it people.

When coming to Plaza Medical Centre with an appointment, don't think you will go in on time. You will have to wait approximately over half an hour. If you're lucky, maybe less. They have all these doctors and not many patients, but still take so long to bring others in.

Dr Mariam Manib, from my very first visit couple years ago, it was evident that you are not only highly knowledgeable in your field but also incredibly dedicated to delivering the best possible care for your paitents.
Dr Mairam you took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, showing genuine empathy and compassion. Your ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner made me feel well-informed and involved in my treatment decisions, just like talking to my mum feeling. Dr Manib has been my doctor for a number of years now. She is an exceptional doctor that is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for you. She takes her time to listen to your health concerns. Highly recommend her.

If i could give 10 stars i would! I have been seeing Doctor Mariam Manib for 7 years and will never change. She makes you feel comfortable and safe while answering any and all questions you may have. I highly recommend her and this clinic.

Dr Dan Uthman has been treating and looking after me and my family for years now. He saved my dad's life last year and he called him around 9 pm when some blood tests results came back and he even called ambulance to pick him up from home saving him form an imminent heart attack, he got him safely to Sunshine hospital ED that he has already called while the ambulance was on its way, On that night my dad got 3 stents within a couple of hours, the nurses at the hospital, at some point, thought that you were his son, as you were still calling the hospital after my dad's arrival and during the time he was in theatre, thanks to you and to the doctors at Sunshine hospital my dad could play with his grandkids last Christmas.

Great doctors who are attentive and compassionate, particularly Dr Dan. However, the receptionist Belinda often sits around and ignores patients who walk in. When engaging with patients, Belinda is extremely dismissive and rude. It’s a shame because the doctors and other receptionists at this clinic are great.

Dr Dan is the only reason I come to this medical clinic. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be coming here because the receptionists are terrible, like seriously they need to retire already. Is it too hard to smile and be polite? Especially the blond receptionist…

Called and was asked if I could hold, said yes. Was hung up on immediately. Called back 3 more times and they hung up the call each time with no answer. (I called back every 4-5 min, not immediately).
Don’t waste your time with this place, so rude and disrespectful.

5 stars for Dr Dana Uthman (or Dr Dan as everyone calls him). He has been looking after myself and my wife for years, I always feel things will be ok when I see him.
He is sypmpathetic and really listens, this is what impressed me from the very first consultation. He was able to pinpoint some health issues which had been regularly missed by other doctors I had seen in the past.

I feel compelled to print this review in recognition of the exceptional service and care afforded to self and family by Dr. Dan Uthman.

We have found that he will approach each visit afresh and take great consideration in asking those relevant questions which will shed light on what is causing our concerns. Medication isn't dispensed without due diligence and we are always guided through the diagnosis and then made aware of what was to be the likely outcome.

Any concerns are always addressed in a knowledgeable and comprehensive manner. At no time are we "hurried along". At All visitations we are greeted with a smile and every sessions ends with an expressed invitation to contact him at any time with concerns that we may have.

Dr. Dan has no hesitation to make full use of colleagues who may have specialized knowledge in other health allied fields. More often than not these follow ups are instigated so as to support his diagnosis and that the pathway set in motion to address our concerns are in fact cohesive with data received.

Dr. Uthman's concern for patient care is evident by the long ours he keeps. We have often received a call late in the evening, on one occasion texting a much needed e script at midnight. We have often had Dr Dan ring and speak to us on his supposed "day off".

Dr Dan is a much valued confidante, we trust him to provide a knowledgeable and balanced approach in his deliberation and the care package presented.

Dr Dan is an asset to this practice and any practice that places excellence in health care as their primary purpose would truly value Dr Uthman as a member on staff.

I am compelled to place a note in this forum so as to describe the wonderful manner in which Dr. Dan goes about the business of providing care and his willingness to explore an holistic avenue in an effort to bring forth the most relevant and optimum path way to good health.

Dr Dan has no hesitation in delving deep into the problem we bring forth. The Doctor has always taken time to see behind the ailment. His questioning is pertinent to the care we as a client seek. Myself, and other family members always leave being fully informed and guided, with great detail to the course of action that he presents and the projected health outcomes. All visitations are always closed with the knowledge any follow up is most welcomed.

Dr Dan will follow up with specialist medical testing if an ailment does not have an obvious cause, or more often than not merely allows for his diagnosis to have quantitative support.

On a professional note, Keilor Plaza Medical has a most valued practitioner in Dr Dan. Any practice that values excellence in delivering would welcome him amongst its staff.

Personally he has made himself available without hesitation. His conscientious manner of delivery is outstanding. There is no 'nock off' time. I and other family members are never surprised to receive a call late in the evening or have an e script hit us late. At midnight on one occasion. He is both passionate and constantly showing his concern for mine and all my family's welfare.
