Experience is something needs to be there all are in same shoes, customer care hahaha they was reallt funny

First time in this store, and probably the last.

I was browsing a specific shoe section for a solid 20 minutes and not one single team member approached me or offered any kind of assistance (It was half-busy, but not flat-out, and I was actually really wanting help as I had never purchased these shoes before and wanted to know the difference, sizes, try it on, etc.).

There were about three people behind the counter (Why? Only one is needed when it is not flat-out), and a few staff walking around the store serving all the young kids wanting Nike's.

Probably because I am a little different-looking and not one of your average Nike or Adidas-wearing juniors. Pretty disappointing. Shouldn't have to go out of my way to ask for help when there are plenty of staff members. I just left. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Oh well, forget that potentially big purchase I could have made! I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was looking for shoes picked up few looked at found shoes but no one wanted to help 3 staff just laughing and chatting about what doing Saturday night waited for help no they helped younger customers that came in after me I watched younger customers leave me I followed why maybe because I’m older decided to call no answer great customer service lucky to get 1 star

The only thing I have bad to say, when using after pay to purchase online you can't get a chance off size if they don't fit, you have to refund your purchase and re purchase. This was very annoying. Seeing you had to go into store anyway to return there is no point buying online. Do in store afterpay.session learnt

I want to compliment Hannah on her exceptional customer service. She was obviously extremely busy but nothing was too much hassle for her. She is very knowledgeable about the products and great with providing advice. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed.

Went there mid day with my partner got zero help from the 3 rude staff talking to each other wow so rude. Went to hype a few shops down same shoes same price but many more customers in store wonder why.

Went by a week ago, staff were too busy talking to themselves. I'm not their typical customer so i was barely acknowledged

Staff were slow to acknowledge me, and when they did they said that I'm not the kind of person they market to and that I should look somewhere else. Rude! I will look somewhere else thank you sales assistant, and I'll be taking my money with me!

These guys seem to want to please. A definite scene store located in a central position. With this concept the shoes seem to sell themselves so don't feel like you will be pressured to buy if you are having a look. Service is casual and friendly. I found it a bit pricey but people like what people like.
