15I visited the shoe geelong store today afternoon time around 4: 50pm and had an unfortunate experience with one of the staff members. The individual, who had a red shirt on, completely ignored me. Even when they are busy, they can say a simple "please wait, I'll be with you shortly" would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, I felt disregarded during my visit. Will never buy any shoe from them
I am usually a regular customer of this store. My size is 6. On Wednesday I bought 2 pairs of shoes, nike (size 6) and winsor (size 7). When I went home tried 2 pairs again and I tried it on for a few steps.feel winsor It’s bigger than my feet. So I came to change on Friday. But the staff told me that I couldn’t change.because the soles are dirty I tried to explain 3 times still insist not to change. It made me very angry and talking loudly. Why can’t I change because bigger than my feet and will cost me money on shoes I don’t wear for nothing? Until another woman said she could change it for me, but winsor didn’t have a size 6 so I had to look for another pair of shoes. But the new pair of shoes only has new one side in the box The other one is on the shelf for customers to try, but I don’t care.if it’s my size. Ps the customer doesn’t have problem about small dirty but the shop doesn’t have good customer service.
Completely ignored. Waited to the left of the counter with my son - Service staff allowed other customers to push in front and served them first. Left and purchased shoes elsewhere - was served at another store where I was greeted on entry and served quickly and professionally.
My son and I came into store to purchase shoes this afternoon the lady that served us had such good customer service and was really helpful. I thanked her in store but also wanted to write a review too

Have been into this store many times and every time I’ve walked around with not a single staff member acknowledging me or asking if I need a hand. Twice now I’ve been to FootLocker straight after with someone greeting me within minutes and then going above and beyond to assist. Your staff should go down to FootLocker to see what good customer service is all about and use it in this store.
I don't want to sound like a Karen yet I am going too. I have never heard music is loud in a store before. Will be going to Waurn ponds store from now on.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon, walked around browsing for quite some time, wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until I was just about to exit the store. The group of 4 people behind the counter were too interested in the conversation they were having to interact with a potential paying customer.
Was just served by the kindest young guy and had possibly the best customer service experience of my life. Really really impressed and will definitely be back:)
Fantastic prices, quality footwear and awesome friendly staff. Overall great shopping experience. I strongly recommend these guys.
Went in to the store today to get school shoes for my son and was not greeted by the one staff member (we were the only people in the shop) waited to get help and was spoken to rudely and had no help with size or fit.very disappointing
If I ever end up with a pushy salesperson I'll usually just get up and leave, but Yohan was super chill. He stood and had a chat with us while I tried on a pair of docs. His relaxed and friendly vibe was half the reason I even bought the shoes. I didn't feel like I had to put them on in a hurry so he could move onto the next customer. He genuinely wanted to make sure I liked the shoes first. I'll definitely be back
Highly recommend with hassle free return and refund!
Purchased a couple pairs of shoes online for my daughter for Xmas.
When the shoes arrived they were to narrow and didn't fit. I arranged a return through the website with assistance from a staff member and sent the items back.
After the staffs assistance she sent me an email advising because I paid via PayPal I could claim the return freight fee through Paypal website (this is allowed for up to 8 times in any one year) this wad very handy to know.
The staff made it so easy considering it was a online order and return. With additional assistance that they didn't have to tell me about a PayPal postage claim.
I was impressed it cost me no out of pocket to try their product just a shame they didn't fit my daughters wide foot because their prices were impressive to.

Employees didn't really listen and were pinballing between customers, pretty average selection of shoes, prices all over the place.
