In store 10mins, no customers in shop.one staff just looking at computer. No eye contact, did not come up to serve.

Christmas shopping is always a pain to me but Alyssa in this store is so wonderfully helpful and make the Christmas shopping tolerable. Thank you!

Bought a pair of shoes online and was sent 2 different sizes. Have been calling them for an hour (as they have my size available) with no answer although they are open. Very irritating as I paid over $120 and need them for an event tomorrow.

They sold me a worn pair and when I find out and returned it the next day, they said it’s been worn and we can not refund it, hard to believe! Don’t trust them

I had a $300 voucher to spend and I'd been into this store a few times to look for something to buy for myself and my boyfriend. The customer service on a few occasions was always been pretty average (if not below). No one bothered to come up and assist and when you ask for service it felt like it was too much effort and the staff are constantly talking to each other about their weekends before they would bother to pull their finger out and serve you. Disappointing that I had to go to Eastland and the service there was much more deserving of my money.

So rude the store assistant stopped processing my return to serve another customer, clearly I wasn’t making her any money

The staffs were way rude to me, i asked for a shoe to see if they have it in stock or the other brunch have it, the indian guy said it's finished in melbourne and i have to order it, i did wanna order it but the way he was helping me out to find the correct size was rude and it was like he didn't wanna spend a minute to help me out because my english is not that good in speaking, i thanked him for the help, but he didn't even replied back to me because he was racist, i came out and had a look on the website and i saw that they have it in stock in craigieburn shop, i called the brunch and they said they have like 5 in stock for the size that i asked for! This is one of the reasons you lost customers, not everyone first language is english in this country!

Bought two pairs of Adidas sneakers here and was served by a helpful young guy (Cameron I think?) who was patient and friendly. Really happy with my purchases

Had a really great experience today. Got served by Zee today and she was extremely friendly. She even ordered my sneakers so I didn’t have to. Kind and welcoming, can’t wait to receive my new sneakers!

Maddison was literally so fantastic and kind— always willing to check if they had another pair in the back and have a nice chat. Honestly want to come in again just to experience such lovely service once more:)

Just stood there for 10 minutes while one assistant chatted to her friend about her life and the tall guy with the moustache ignored me. Only person in the store. Off to your competitor

My boyfriend and I came in to buy a pair of shoes, everything was fine but then we went out of the store and came back in and we were literally asked 3 times by the same store assistant in the space of 2 minutes if we needed help, every time she asked, we said we were ok and we were just looking, then another man near her asked us as well. We were standing there for 2 minutes.it was overwhelming and just too much so we left and bought doc martens from another store.

These people that work here think there rock stars. Went to walk in and was given a look as if to say you're not coming in here are you?

Went through earlier today and was served by a really helpful dude named Jordan. Was an absolute pleasure to converse with him whilst trying on some new shoes which he was really helpful getting out to me.

Will definately be returning to this store again as it seemed everyone was having a good time and the staff were extremely friendly.
