I went to the store today with my grandson and was greeted by Connor with a big smile and felt comfortable straight away. He was patient and very helpful with the purchase of runners for my fussy grandson! Great customer service Connor! Keep up the good work

Went in today (friday), the staff were not very friendly and approachable, the store nearby had more caring and helpful staff.

Very RUDE staff, i asked the staff very nicely to get the other shoe to try on but she gave me excuse that she cant as there are only two staff and talked to me in the loud voice, this response was so inappropriate. How can we buy a pair of shoes without trying.
I really recommend that please arrange some training sessions for staff to teach them how to behave with customers.

I purchased a pair of Vans off the website and when they were delivered, they were a size too small. I took them into the store and was greeted by Hannah, Bayley and Mia who were not only friendly, but more than happy to help with the return, fitting me for my proper size, and then ordering the shoe I had wanted in for me. Thank you so much for making the experience hassle free! I would recommend heading in and asking for the girls by name, you won't be sorry!

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens Clarissa ii Quad on 25 Dec online and received the delivery yesterday (30 Dec). I had tried breaking-in (as they said) with socks. However, today morning when I wore it for around 15 mins in Werribee plaza, it was rubbing my heel and my heel was bleeding. The store manager at Platypus Werribee plaza saw my bleeding heel however she didn’t do anything and kept insisting for the box. She was so rude.the sandals is actually faulty so she must do faulty assessment for me even without the box but she refused to do that. I will publish this on social media and raise this case to Consumer affair.

Big mole behind the register was very rude and didn’t welcome me at all! People kill for a job in such a awesome store and why hire someone that ruins the businesses reputation. Never shopping at this particular store ever. How dare she look up and down me and give such disgusting attitude.

I went to pay $150 for a pair of shoes tried to be nice but girl at front register really rude, rolled her eyes at me when I wanted to order, please don’t work here if you can’t keep your attitude right

I received unfriendly and disrespectful after-sale service when I tried to return a defective product.

Went there and wanted to buy white all stars shoes that was displayed So I tried one shoe and asked for another one to try on properly but they guy couldnt find it in the store.how strange is that? He tried searching for it for only 5 min and came back to me and said that was the only pair left in that size and he could find the other shoe and said we have a black colour of you like.he didnt look very concerned or interested in finding the other shoe.it’s a small store.how hard is it to find t? Very disappointed ️

I was on crutches could not put my left shoe or sock on girl made no attempt to help very poor service had call my husband to come and help

We went to the store and were looking to buy onitsuka tiger shoes for my husbands. All staff members were “seem” to busy with god knows what, but we patiently waited so that we can get the required size. For one of the colours they didn’t have correct so I was checking online, and found out there was some sale on the actual site and started browsing. I think the blonde sales gal peeked through (which I didn’t know at this point), anyways there was no discount online on the particular shoes that we liked, so decided to buy from the store. As we went to the cashier the same blonde gal commented “ oh you want to buy the shoes, you couldn’t find it for cheaper anywhere else”, I was taken aback and tried explaining the whole scene, but off course she smirked at me. Very unprofessional and untrained staff.

Shady online ordering service and rude staff. Order a cap from them online to be collected from werribee store for 20$ in boxing day sales but due to their mismanagement it was no longer available.and staff at the store dont want to talk about it. And instead of appologizing for that i got a sarcastic email.

Would be good if staff are trained to know how to do refunds.waiting 20 minutes for manager. I was given the wrong 270's. Shameful customer service.makes the rest of the staff look bad.

Brought my first pair of DocMartens today. Casey was amazing, she told me all about them. So friendly and so helpful. She’s great! Highly recommend.

My shoes got lump on soul of the inner side of shoe caused blisters, manager said wear and tear

Bought a puma suede navy color about 2 months ago, very friendly staff and just love their music playlist everytime I walk in there.

Staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. However, the music is extremely loud. It is almost impossible to have a conversation in this store. It’s definitely a major turn off
