I feel so relaxed at Platinum Hairdressers. As someone who has Anxiety I always feel at ease here.
Maddy did my cut and colour today and WOW she is so talanted, respectful and just seems really kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

The atmosphere at Platinum Style was super welcoming, warm and unpretentious in a calm and clean environment. As a new client, I was thrilled with how Tegan took the time to understand my hair goals and provide advice on how to achieve them. She took my neglected, two-years-since-cut-and-coloured pandemic hair and transformed it into an amazing low-maintenance but stunning style. And assisted me in donating my (almost) natural 30cms! Highly recommend. We are lucky to have such talent and expertise in the region. Congratulations to the entire Platinum Style team for creating such an amazing space.

Always on time, do a brilliant job and never randomly cancel. I love that they remind me twice a week before appointments. I really love coming here.

Had a trim and it was just a trim and the charge was $45 I was shocked as I normally pay about $35 in other salons so I won't be back

Service good and color was fine but can’t see the justification in being charged $100 just for regrowth and a dry off especially when other hairdressers in Warragul charge as low as $50 for the same service. Not sure I will be back at that price!

Really good cut last week. Very happy.
Today, went to have roots touched up as couldn't get both services at same time. Guess then 2 x blow waves so ended costing 1/2 as much again. Ok if a good job, but colourist left my hair damp in places & jumper wet along collar line - & it's cold! Why ask if you want a drink & don't deliver?
No real interest if you leave with entirely different 'do' than when you arrived. Jokes about rollers in older women's hair years ago- haha! You do know you can achieve the same effect with a round brush. Impressive!

I really enjoy visiting this hairdresser's; it's professional, friendly and great cuts at very reasonable prices.

Loved letting Hollie/Holly wash n straighten my hair.
She was very pleasant and we had a giggle, but she wasn't over the top.
I loved my hair and about to make an appointment for another wash n straighten.

Great place to get a haircut. Staff are super skilled and very freindly. Always feel welcome and appreciated when visiting. Highly recommended!
