Great environment, heaps of equipment, always clean! Staff always happy to help with any questions you might have! They also have a great range of supplements in the facility.

This is the only place in Hopper Crossing where you can find all the equipment you need in this amazing price.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Gets busy at time but what gym doesn’t. Plenty of equipment to access. Open 24/7 which means you work out when you want. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in a workout. Fellow gym goers have been super helpful too. Such a great environment to work out in.

Manager Michael, had a genuine smile when he greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. I joined because there is a women's only gym room upstairs. Heaps of equipment in the main gym, plenty of cardio machines and the place is staffed 24/7!

Friendly staff, love the woman's section you can workout in and not feel insecure, variety of equipment is awesome. Great Gym

Two times they filled my form with different agreement and everytimes they ate saying sorry staff was not experienced.did email 2times no response.bhulshit service and staff.not trustworthy words.be careful you cannot trust there any staff member. I suffered

Always love the old school machines and this place has that and more! Very tidy, clean and the staff are awesome.

I just love this gym. It's not only 24 hours staffed, it's friendly, clean, has the equipment you need and the staff are friendly & there to resolve your issues, should you have any!

The gym itself its great, management are terrible. Poor communication skills, they get the staff to handle thier issues instead of being resourceful and solving customer complaints.

If you do go to this Gym, I recommend not signing a membership. They use a third party company called debit succes, which is great at taking money and charging money but not returning it. Beware.

I've been coming to Platinum for the past 6-7 years, and to say this gym deserves more then 5 stars and is one of the best places to workout, find inspiration and just stay fit is an understatement. What Marc has done to this place is remarkable from the machine variety, constant cleaning and probably the best service from his workers with there help, tips and friendliness, I can only say that this gym is one of a kind and one of the top gyms in our state! I just wanted to say thank you for changing my life the past years and I highly recommend anyone that wants to try this gym out to give it a shot because you wont be dissapointed!

Good and friendly communication from the staff, this has become my daily gym.the environment is great, plenty of equipment around, it’s an old school vibe with amazing music & plenty of sanitisation stations:)

Great that its open again and hopefully it will go to 24/7 soon. Casual entry is good. Equipment is plenty but starting to show its age as well as some if the Equipment being out of order.

Undeniably has the best prices for gym membership. Has various gym equipment to accommodate all your needs. Staff are great and the community in the gym are pleasant to be around. Showing so much support and help from fellow gym members.
Definitely deserves its 5 star rating.

Absolute scam of a business. Be wary when you try to end your membership and make sure you stay there while you try and get it cancelled. They will let you know that its "all good" and when you leave, they wont cancel it. Fast forward a few weeks and you get contacted by their debit company for outstanding payments.

Would not recommend to ANYONE that wants a good gym. Go to Crunch down the street, they offer the exact same membership and the facility is brand new. This place has had the same equipment for the last decade thats all breaking and rusting. All the seats are breaking and tearing and I have cut myself multiple times on the underside of seats while trying to reposition them. Weights are never placed back in the correct places, nor do the staff move them back. They also do not provide a clean drinking water station and have random tradies coming in every once in a while that perform exposed welding in the gym area.

The layout of the gym also needs a massive update and ventillation needs to be fixed. They rely on having a garage door open to make ventillation work at all but during the summer its waaaay too hot to be in the facility. The womans facility is also embarrassingly small of a section and I've been told its full all the time with people that don't even take it seriously.

Friendly staff, always service with a smile. Gym equipment is really good with ample parking as well. Evenings are really busy but 24x7 access makes it easy to exercise at your own ease and pace.
