Very loose bar had fun management and bar staff are laid back and fun but security is very particular and descirimutive ruined the night especially the one with a Cap and a beard

I run a local business in the area myself and had my 40th I wanted to host it at Platform 3095. From the word go, Jan was very helpful with explaining about the venue, food and everything else.we booked the venue in for about 70 people.on the day jan was there herself.the food was amazing, she entertained all my guests as she is just so funny.very helpful and accomodating with requests.my guests had a great time and i would very highly recommend this venue.

Stopped in for a drink with friends after work and had a lovely experience. Friendly staff, good food and nice selection of drinks.

I recently attended the venue on a date and was instantly made to feel welcome and safe. Not only was the food amazing but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my experience. Cannot recommend this venue enough

The food is tasty and well prepared. The prices are great and a lot of their menu items are made from scratch by the chefs. It’s essential that patrons feel they’ve had a tasty, enjoyable meal and overall experience and I feel like the staff and owners do a fantastic job to ensure this.
The bar has all the popular drinks you could wish for and their cocktails are amazing!
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and there is days and nights to suit anyone and everyone. Whether the music is in the background or aimed to fill the dance floor, it’s always on point.
The location couldn’t be anymore convenient right next to the train station and there is plenty of parking all around.
Management and staff demonstrate really great customer service skills and their priority is that a fabulous time is had by all.
A family owned establishment with the charisma and quality of an inner city venue but positioned for a local favorite.
An amazing small business to support!

We booked inside more than a week in advance and when we got there were advised we would be outside. I normally wouldn't mind sitting outside but there was no ambience or heaters and we were seated next to 20 young guys that were just there to drink who kept bumping in to us and were loud and obnoxious. There were only spots for about 10 of them so another 10 were spewed on to the footpath. We came here for a nice meal for my mums birthday and didn't choose to go elsewhere being Christmas I thought everywhere else would be booked. It was a bad decision to stay. Food was average, apart from calamari that was very tasty. The kitchen ran out of Lamb by 7pm too.
We also had a missed phone call from a random mobile number 45 minutes before the booking who didn't leave a voicemail and was advised when we got there "we tried to let you know"
This place cares more about serving alcohol than dinner it seems and is now a shadow of its former glory.

Super slow. No communication. Had to bail on my coffee that I’d paid for to make my train as it took well over 15 minutes and I had no time to ask for a refund as the server was servicing tables

Excellent venue! We had a hens afternoon tea and the food and cocktails were fantastic. The staff are very friendly and Jen, who helped organise the event, was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We walked in and i already knew it would be amazing. The staff were friendly and nice, the place was in such a convenient spot, great service and the chocolate macaroon was delicious! Great little place right next to Eltham station. Recommended to all ages and all events. Five stars!

While the place is small it has a good vibe and is a great place to wait to be picked up after traveling by train. Has a small outdoor area as well.

Staff were extremely rude. Had a go at us as we just ordered drinks and didn’t order food. Embarrassed us in front of the restaurant. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

Fantastic venue. The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. We just ordered drinks as we just popped in but the food looked amazing so will definitely be back to eat there. Put this on your must do list. It's definitely worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

Hands down best coffee in Eltham; yummy as food at an excellent price point. Jen and Jean are enthusiastic hosts who really care about supporting the local community. Love the brekky burger with a hash brown or avo or both
