I’ve just had my plantation shutters installed, what a simple process. Norm was courteous and professional to the highest degree. Not too many trades remove their shoes before entering the house, it’s the little things like this that can make you feel they have respect for your home. I wouldn’t hesitate, on our next build, to use Norm.
