Planetshakers Church Melbourne City Campus reviews
44The volume was so loud. Bring earplugs so you can tolerate the old white man yelling at you at a zillion decibels. Also should probably teach more integrity, honesty and truthfulness to your congregation and less prosperity theology but that's just a personal preference
Jeez! I don't even know where to start. Honestly guys, if you are looking for a church that can help you grow, this is the place. I have had the best experience of my life. My life literally changed because of this place. You get to grow in Christianity and your relationship with God and also you get connected to different people who become your best of friends in the long run. If you are looking for a home church or planning to visit a church, go to Planetshakers
Love the atmosphere, love the music, love what God is doing in this church! I love that Planetshakers is always creating new music for the season we are in as a church. I love that our pastors & leaders always push us more for in God’s presence. Being a part of this church has changed my life
This morning we decided to try an online service for the first time. Having been skeptical of online church services, we thought we would take a look with an open mind. Our first thoughts were, why would people take part in an online church service and miss the opportunity to be part of a physical community. We then quickly realised that there would be people who for various reasons would be unable to attend, such as those who were physically unable, were suffering an illness, have a disability, or may live in a remote location. While this was not our case, it made us realise that churches that provide an online service are casting their nets wide and caring for a group of people as mentioned above. So, well done Planetshakers and to all the other churches that are able to provide these services. Having said that, we really enjoyed being able to join in worship with others and even feel a greater level of freedom of expression in worship, without feeling too self-conscious. The message preached by Scott Lim on moving from Call to Covenant was impassioned, drawing on his own experience as a young man receiving a call and working through the challenges of seeing that call implemented. He used Abraham as the example and referenced Scripture on a number of occasions, with the verses displayed on the screen. Overall, we enjoyed the flexibility of the online service and commend Planetshakers for all the hard work and effort they put into their services and the advancement of God’s kingdom.
