Placing Heads

Im a little suprised that 'everyone' has written 'amazing' reviews.sorry to disappoint but my review is somewhat of the opposite. I spoke to both the ladies about a role over a year ago, to which sounded promising etc, they even called my references etc and was waiting to hear back from them. I then chased them up again only to say they havent heard back, and will let me know. A year later nothing was relayed back to me. Nothing worse than waiting for a reply and you get nothing!

I dealt with this recruitment company for the first time.
Both ladies were absolutely wonderful to deal with.
I was changing jobs in the very early stages after my father passed away. Not ideal l know.
However, l never worried or got stressed regarding the transition to finding and securing a new role.
Lauren in particular, simply because she was the main point of contact for me, was so professional and yet the easiest and most supportive person ever!
The talks, the encouragement and the positive attitudes she displayed were just amazing and exactly what l needed.
Thank Lauren and thank you ladies for my new role.
Thank you for listening to me and helping me work out what was important.
I hope that l dont need to use you again.lol, but if l did need another role, I'd contact you in a heartbeat.

Looking for the perfect position where one is going to spend most of ones waking hours can be a very daunting experience. From the moment I met with them, Lauren and Debbie calmly and professionally guided me through the process. They were unbelievably communicative and supportive, and just seemed to understand how important cementing this job was for me and for my family. They re-adjusted my CV, making valuable additions and taking away things that I had initially thought important (but were actually superfluous). It was absolutely refreshing working with Lauren and Debby. I felt really comfortable from the moment I walked into their office. They helped me redesign my resume and I was able to get a job within exactly two weeks! Do not look anywhere else besides Placing heads, try them out!

As a prospective employee, Debbie and Lauren were superb! They were very accomodating and understanding in my circumstance of limited availability for interviews, and also accomodated my request to be allowed to inform my references to expect a call from a certain number, as they (like most of us) receive a lot of bogus scam calls. Ultimately, they assisted me in landing a job I am sure I will not only be happy at, but will become a valued and respected contributor.

For employers: Debbie and Lauren both expressed to me their desire to ensure I was the right fit for the job as they did not wish to let the employer down. They were very rigourous in their questioning to ensure I was the right person for the job, and the fact the employer offered me the job so quickly speaks highly to that. I won't let you down, ladies!

For the "one star" reviewers who complain they ask for references upfront: get over it. You're in the job market, it happens. They just want to see that other people think you're as great as you claim you are, and I can't fault them for that. You must remember the customer is the employer, not the employee. They will work with you, but you have to be prepared to work with them.

I don't think I've ever come across a recruitment agency like Placing Heads. Lauren is so passionate about her work. She made me feel comfortable from the first interview, and she hand held me throughout the whole recruitment process. Lauren helped me land a job that I was very excited about, and you can tell that she's also genuinely excited for me. I would absolutely recommend Placing Heads to jobseekers and hirers.
