Ordered from uber eats and took almost 2 hours to prepare the food and in the end they cancelled the order.well done

Made an order through Uber Eats and waited over an hour only to receive half our order. Attempted to contact Pizzicotto to reorder the missing half, and made us wait an additional 45mins. Poor service and tried to blame it on the Uber driver. Not happy and won’t be ordering again.

Excellent Italian food. Authentic, al dente and just what I needed as I recover from Covid, it reminded me of my childhood. Well made and cooked Italian food with quality ingredients. Keep up the good work. It's so refreshing to buy Italian food and not end up deeply disappointed.

We have eaten your food before, you are amazing. BUT considering the only way is going through uber eats.don't accept our order when you close up! The order was put in before 930. The lack of knowledge and lack of service plus? $80 something that been refunded is disgusting

Two 3rds of the pizza had no cheese! Some slices had one little piece of cheese some had none at all! If you want to pay top dollar for flat bread with sauce on it this is the place for you.

Food is great, can get noisy when full as the place is small. But the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Very friendly Sicilian owner, and very tasty food. Unfortunately because of the lock down it only was available the take away.

Honestly the best pizza I’ve had around the area and in Melbourne. The base is delicious. The original pizzicotta with fresh basil is to die for. It’s my go to. So fresh and full of flavour. I really can’t recommend them more. Nice guys in there too
