Pizza Place

Place was so clean smelling and everything was clean aswell. My friend and I ordered a pizza and a HSP and it was by far the best of both I have had in a very long time.

Very good service they brought the food out to us and the price is very good for the quality and quantity of food!

Must eat here if you haven't!

Not sure what has happened with this pizza it use to be so good very disappointing today guys was trying to show my family from Melbourne how good you guys were to be delivered very horrible pizza

Just had a pizza an garlic bread sitting out front, food was amazing an no problems sitting out front with my dog thanks again

Delicious food, took longer than usual to prepare though. The atmosphere was pretty dead, but there was no need for an atmosphere as it is really just for take out.

Don't buy from this shop. I irdeted 40 dollars of food. Driver could not find address then met with someone velvet. Then finally got to me. Food was all cold. Rang them about it they just said they were hot. They then hanged up on me. I rang back and I got stuck with cold kebabs. Be careful ordering food. No customer service at all. Will never use this company again.

My experience at Pizza Place in Shepparton was nothing short of fantastic. I opted for a mixed HSP, and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever had in Victoria. The combination of perfect meats and generous portions made every bite a true delight.

When got home was sooo Soggy and bases undercooked. Inedible. Couldn’t get through on phone so gave up.

I called him 5 times more didn't not answer once don't buy from here people very bad service

Getting worse with phone operator. Not the 1st time. Happened too many time. When I placed an order always get something different. Wrong crust even ask for xtra sauce but didn't get it.

I drove 2 hours from Melbourne to try out pizza place and it was more than worth it, the best and cheapest pizza I’ve ever had all my family and friends loved it.
Best customer service and the pizzas are as fresh as they can be.
Abit disappointed you can’t do deliveries to Melbourne️

I ordered 2 large Hsp’s and got one without chips and just the meat and got charged $71 when without chips it’s less but I got charged $42 for 1 large hsp half filled with a bit of meat! So disappointed and to add it was so cold and delivered an hour before the time I wanted!

I would like to firstly thank you very much for taking our order and staying open for us and would like to say that was one of the best supremes we have had thank you. Highly recommended

From my experiences, I do NOT recommend the delivery and here is why:

1. It will take more than an hour almost all the time.
2. The food will be cool and might need microwave.
3. The quality of the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

This wasn't the case 4 or 5 months ago. 4 or 5 months ago, it use to take less than a hour, the food was hot and fresh and the quality being the best (in my opinion) in Shepparton. They simply can't keep up with all the customers now.
I still however recommend visiting and eating inside but NOT the delivery.
I hope you guys improve your delivery service because it is BAD right now.

If you had asked me last time I ordered from these guys, I would have cheerfully given 5 stars. They were 15 minutes early for delivery, and the pizza was piping hot and delicious.
I ordered again on 22/09/19, they were 30 minutes late on the time they adjusted too. The food was cold and required a microwave to be edible. But the worst part, when I moved passed that, was the 10cm long piece of hair actually COOKED INTO MY PIZZA AND DELIVERED TO ME! Just gross, guys!

Update to reply from owner: No, I threw everything out that was on my plate at the time. Not vomiting was a higher priority than realising I might have needed evidence.

It's a shame I have to pay extra for fresh tomatoes AND they don't even put them on my pizza

This place is brilliant! That pizza was stacked with toppings and absolutely delicious.
Highly recommend this place as it was recommended to me.
