Pizza Origin

I've been a regular customer at Pizza Origin for a while now, and unfortunately, my experiences have been a bit hit and miss. There are times when the pizzas are ok. However, there have been instances when the quality has been disappointingly subpar.

What truly frustrated me was a recent incident where a mistake was made on our pizza order. We promptly brought it to the attention of the staff and requested the manager to give us a call to address the issue. It's been four days, and disappointingly, no one bothered to reach out.

The lack of consistency in both the pizza quality and the customer service follow-up is disheartening. While the pizzas on few good days and so close to home keep me coming back, the uncertainty of receiving a satisfying meal and the apparent disregard for customer concerns make it challenging to wholeheartedly recommend Pizza Origin.

Fungi V Pizza with fresh mushroom, moisture still retainig after 10 mins drive so beautiful! Highly recommended!

Large menu ~50. Average price about 18-22 for large. 12-15 medium, 25-28 family.
Nice people. Cosy location. Not crowded.

I liked this place hv been ordering pizza for a while, today ordered veg pizza for kids found traces of meat only later when I tasted it.
Here we want to support local business this is the second time this reckless experience we get in return. Never will order here again. Generally I am very tolerant with bad orders but this time crossed the line just ruined the evening.

After hearing lots of positive reviews decided to try them out. Asked about 1/2 and 1/2 and was told you can do it on large and family size pizza - spent time looking through all the pizzas and ingredients only to be told when I tried to order that 1/2 and 1/2 doesn't apply to their premium range so I ordered something pretty basic (one half had to be Hawaiian because that's all my daughter will eat). Pizza was okay. It wasn't terrible but it didn't live up to the expectations I had based on what I'd heard. Pizza base was nice and light. I'll definitely give them another go though on a premium pizza and hopefully that will push my review to 4 stars. Store was nice and clean. Service was ok.

Not happy at all! Ordered a gluten free BBQ chicken pizza only to get home and start eating it and it wasn’t GF! To make it worse I have had food poisoning the last 2 days, not happy will be going in for a chat once I’m outta bed

Insane menu for pizza topping variety, order 2 pizzas as a take out, good size, base cooked to perfection and plenty of toppings, will be returning and soon.

We’ve been ordering from here for a few years and they are always really good pizzas! I just wish my wife would remember to order thin crust but even when she forgets they’re still so good. They will forever be our go to pizza place as long as we live in Point Cook.

Ordered the mushroom pasta tonight and was very disappointed. It honestly just tasted like mushrooms, pasta and cream. Zero
seasoning and definitley no parmasan.

This restaurant is my favourite one but I’m really disappointed today. Got cold, dry pizzas.and hair inside the pizza box!

We lived in Saltwater a solid six months before ordering pizza from Pizza Origin. Finally finding myself hungover and desperate for a no fuss feed, I tried the local pizza shop.

That was many months ago, and we've been regular customers ever since.

Definitely the best pizza in Point Cook. I might go so far as to say it beats anything in Werribee, Hoppers and Altona as well.

Pasta is meh. Haven't tried other offerings.

Everyone should get onto this place! Pizzas are the best is the west, value for money and great experience from the staff. Thanks for setting up shop Pizza Origin!

Wow! So happy to discover Pizza Origin last night. Love the thin base option and fresh toppings. Ordered the meal deal with 2 large pizzas and garlic bread, we picked meat affair and gypsy pizzas which were both delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

Best little secret in Point cook! They should have more shops around Victoria i would sponsor them asap.

It was so so good! So happy to discover this gem in Saltwater. We had pescatore pizza, beef ribs and creamy chicken pasta, the prawns on pizza were big size and generous serve. The ribs were tasty and juicy. The pasta was so good my daughter ate them all up before I realised. A good treat to our taste bud during lockdown.

First review for Pizza Origin. I had to review the amazing and best pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered for the family and we all said the same.it is simply the best two different pizzas we’ve all had and it’s now a local for us. Had the chicken wings which aren’t my preference of takeaway but Wow what a surprise also and the family gave them 10/10 also. Did a side of fries just to try and again you won’t be disappointed grabbing any food from this place people. Friendly staff and quick pickup. Need to support all local businesses I say but do yourself a favour and treat yourself to this place it won’t disappoint.

It was my first time to have the pizza at Pizza origin. I ordered bbq chicken & Satay chicken Pizza. Customer service was so good and very polite.
Oh, and pizza was really fresh & tasty. The dough was nice, thin & crispy Lots of topping & veggies & chicken. Highly recommend you to have pizza at Pizza origin Saltwater! Very yummy!

Absolutely love this place best pizza delivered in the area. The pizzas are cooked perfectly and the toppings are fresh and tasty. I’ve ordered from here many times and it’s always delicious. Hawaiian and cheesy garlic are fantastic. Speedy delivery and lovely staff. Highly recommend.
