Pizza Hut Werribee

Thought I would give this a try as I was in the area but it will be the first and last time. Pizza was very bland and ordinary that I did not finish it. The customer service was non-existent, not a word was spoken by the attendant. Total waste of time!

Hope this review finds everyone in good health.

I’ve been to Pizza Hut which is located in Werribee, my experience was really bad, pizza was stale. Perhaps they must have sold the old pizza just by heating it in the oven.

I told the problem to an employee over here, he rudely said that he couldn’t help.
Worst part is, I noticed rats running over the floor and spider webs at ceiling. There’s no proper hygiene.

No good food, neither hygienic and rude customer service.
Unfortunately there’s no way to provide a negative rating to the restaurant or else I would have provided.

I’d never suggest anyone to visit this place especially if you have kids, this place is not at all for you.

Location is next to Werribee train station. I am a Regular customer. Never have any trouble with my order so far. Customer service is also good. Always what I ordered. Friendly staff too. Only dislike is do not deliver to Manor Lakes

Absolutely horrible, hair found within the first bite. Ham looks like cardboard. Do not eat here

I order spicy veg pizza n there was no aioli drizzled as per the pizza recipe very disappointed!

I ordered the original pan pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely amazing. Thanks for your service. Delivered in 20-25 mins

We love this style of pizza, yummy and there are many tasty sides to choose from.and a huge plus the delivery driver is the only one who finds our house and never ever dumped our meals somewhere else. Huge Plus point

I’m from the UK and wanted to play it safe with a pizza. Pizza Hut is my Go to at home and other countries I’ve travelled and this place lets the brand down massively. I’m undercooked pizza. Asked for half and half simple margarita with pineapple all
Over and one half with mushroom got this completely wrong. No pineapple on half and mushrooms undercooked. The whole pizza was undercooked. Really disappointed but it gifted me change to try out the other pizza places on Watton Street and they were so much better.

Worst customer service ever, the man works there doesn't like to talk. He just pointed me at the menu with a very sirious face, I paid for the food not asking it for free.

Worst pizza of my life. Every thing was uncooked and the chicken was raw so I recommend dont order everything from this store.

I have ordered 1 hot&spicy chicken and 1 veg sensation but received 2 veggie pizzas.
Weird thing you get to see at this place is the Customer service person was sweeping the floor and then he served all the customers without washing or sanitising his hands. Next time if this gets repeated I’ll take this further to health and safety department. Hope you guys get a lesson from this review.

Worst customer service skills, called about a missing order an hour after ordering. They said they would call back, they didn’t. After two hours of waiting we called them back after many attempts just to be told the order was there for the past 2 hours. Worst service ever!

We love this pizzahut. Food is always cooked good and the staff are friendly and polite and they always now my orders.

I have ordered pizza today but it was worse. Toppings were completely off. Very bad taste. Cheese was not melted properly. Been to different pizza hut but never had such a bad experience. Would rather go somewhere else but not in this pizza hut. Really disappointing and pathetic service.

Decent place to have a pizza. One suggestion: please cut the pizza slices properly, every time I have had pizza here, the slices are stuck together at the base - sharing the pizza becomes a mess

I placed an order online at 10.25am on the 8th December to be delivered at 12pm on the 8th December. The order had not arrived by 12.20pm, so I rang 131166 number, they could not even connect to the Werribee store to find out where my order was. They gave me the direct number to try & contact them myself. I finally got through at around 12.25pm & was told it would be delivered in 10-15minutes. Well of course this did not happen. I made several more calls to Pizza Hut Werribee & kept being told it would be delivered in 10minutes. The order finally arrived at 1.20pm. We were having our staff Christmas lunch, everyone chose something different, my 2 staff members that ordered pizza, just had to sit there and watch all of us eat while we waited 1 hour & 20minutes for the pizza's to arrive. This is the most appalling customer service I have ever endured. If they had a problem with the oven, they SHOULD have rung me on the mobile number I provided them with to inform me that there was going to be a delay. Offering me a free pizza does not cut it, especially as the guy at Pizza hut Werribee told me that the delivery guy left without the FREE pizza. It is actually a circus in that store. I would expect nothing less than a FULL REFUND. To top it all off, go their contact us page & press submit, it tells you to come back later 1 star is to many

Very poor service. Pizzas were cold. Even though we reached exactly same time for pick up. Pizza felt like been made long ago.
Would have given zero if I could.

Went into store and wish I hadn't- smells really bad in there turned me off the pizzas I just ordered.
Also needs a really good scrub the grime on the chairs is gross

Very disgusted with the quality of pizza that delivered yesterday. I have never had an issue with Pizza Hut and actively enjoyed it. But yesterday they sent the most dreadful pizza to my house and failed to respond after I called back multiple times. The pizza was inflated and the topping simply just slid off, one pizza was not even cut at all, and I had a piece missing from the veggie sensation as if someone nibbled from it, it was Gooey and honestly not the kind of quality I would expect from Pizza Hut. I paid 79.95 dollars to accomodate my guests and my siblings. After no response from Pizza Hut we had no choice but to dispose of the pizzas and as for my siblings they ate what was the least nasty, edible… but not favourable. I ordered 6 large 1ml drinks and only received 4 (2 cokes and 2 fantas) i would like for someone to reach out and refund me or compensate for my loss.

I ordered pizza at this place previously the pizza had a very little toppings.

The driver went to the wrong place and put the blame of me putting the wrong address. However, the receipt showed the correct address. The driver was refuse to give name.
