STORE WAS CLOSED AND STILL TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
Not sure how I could still order online when the store was closing. They then called me saying it is closed and that they will refund me in the morning when their manager is in. Waited all morning nothing. About noon the same guy calls and asks if we want a pizza now. No we want our money back. Called back in a few hours cause we didn't hear anything. Said they will PAY ID BACK AT THE END OF BUSINESS HOURS. What happened to in the morning when the manager was in? Didn't refund us until 10pm at night. LOL what a joke. Never ordering here again, terrible customer service.

Beth the number you gave below is impossible to get through at any given time.
Also the photo's are evident that what I recieved wasn't what I ordered at "ALL" and I will post the reply regarding the refund from the Pizza Hutt Sunshine via Menulog. What a disgrace.

Our team contacted Pizza Hut - Sunshine West about this and they have declined to provide you a refund as per your photos and their own investigations, as they are confident the order was cooked correctly.
Where are they remotely the same as per my order?
I still have them and will pass them onto the Health Department to see how well they were cooked.
I didn't eat the rubbish.
Ordered 24 wings via Menulog and what a absolute disgrace.
The chicken uncooked and the skin white unlike the wonderful looking picture they have displayed and they were so tight that they dumped the two small oil filled soaked boxes on the concrete away from the front door not even in a plastic bag!
This is the store to go to for a daily dose of potential food poisoning.
And no - I didn't eat the uncooked chicken, but wanted to give the public a good look at not only the chicken but the bottom of the box.
Never again.

Are you looking for one of the worst pizzahut branch in Australia, without any delay go and visit there. Everything is worst and below par.

One of the worse pizza hut in Australia, I ordered large spicy veggies pizza and on the name of veggies there was only jalapenos and only one piece of capsicum, I went to make it correct and the guy in shop refused to admit the mistake and start saying people do it for free pizza I said I am asking to correct it who asked you free pizza (people who have attention for free food they finish half pizza and then made complain) he was so ill mannered and said do you want to buy whole shop for 15 dollars I said no I just want a pizza with veggies, I can't believe someone can behave like this with customers, so disappointed never going there again, I will recommend South Melbourne pizza hut they offer actual pizza hut standard pizza there,

In one of the hawaiian pizzas, there was a bit of stale part between the pizza and the stuffed crust. Topping was loose as well. I think it was uncooked. I’m so disappointed. I won’t order from here.

Went for dinner there last night, amazing customer service and attention to detail. The staffs were lovely and the food were really good, give it a try if you're in the area or online delivery is always an option.

Go here nearly twice a week because its near my workplace.good pizza, quick service.love it here

Very incompetent staff! I placed a phone order and although I stated at least 3 times that I wanted original pan I was given a thin and crispy. Do they not know what’s on their own menu? I went back to rectify the mistake and the guy was argumentative, spoke over me and refused to acknowledge his mistake or apologise. I don’t understand how you can mess up that badly and follow with such poor customer service.
Ridiculous! Won’t be going back.

Superb place! This is one of the best place to enjoy some good quality Pizza they are the best when it comes to Pizza, they have some of really good Pizza in this area, i have tried many pizza here and i like the Chicken margarita very much its perfectly cooked and looks beautiful and has lots of cheese in it really delicious, The staff is really nice and really fast services. Really happy with their customer services. 5 stars!

Got order wrong and when called they just argued about it. I can't have cheese so i get double drizzle to make it edible but this came with none even though i paid extra for it.its was overcooked and inedible. Waste of money. Don't recommend.

My order was cancelled due to product unavailability but I have not yet received a refund. When I came to the store. I was asked to go home and wait for their call.
I have been waiting for 3 months, came to the store twice, called up twice, emailed them once. Now I am still waiting for them to do something about it.

Very little toppings. Dough is not cook properly. Doesn't honour ozbargain pizza hut voucher. Very expensive pizzas, I rather get my pizzas from Bells pizzas nearby.

Way bellow standards. You have no idea who works there and who doesn't, people coming and going through the prep area no uniforms. The guy making my pizza was in thongs. These places feel and look un hygienic. Never to return disgusting.

Very worst. I ordered chicken margarita and supreme. When I went on my way and had those pizzas I couldn't find chicken in it.

Tried to ring them for the last 20 minutes but nobody to pick up the phone.each call rings more than 10 rings.first time gets so frustated with this pizza hut branch.went to the shop found out they still have the same contact number.just noticed only one staff attending the phone call order and the counter order.pizza hut pls put more staff to accommodate ur loyal and regular customer.

Really bad service. I have been given wrong orders before. Delivery comes 20 minutes after scheduled time even though I live 4 minutes away. I just put an order today at 2: 39pn for pickup and i arrive at the store at 3: 05pm to pick it up. I get told that my order is not ready because it didn't come to their system till 2 minutes prior to my arrival. Other times i have had to call the store more than 3 times to ask for when the delivery man will be arriving.

Lucky to give this place a star there delivery service is piss poor driver cant open a gate (UNLOCKED) to get to the door. ITS HOME delivery not drive way delivery.really hope they can get there act together

Specified a time for pick up of my pizzas but waited for nearly 40 minutes. Why nominate a time when the store cannot deliver the pizzas at that time?
Pretty poor and no apology given. Store owner needs to employ more staff to cope with the demand, or don't bother selling pizzas!
