Pizza was 10/10. Perhaps the new management is bettering the place.

They were under a lot of stress!

Ordered via app but needed to speak to the store regarding delivery. Phoned many times but no answer. I eventually spoke to store support who also tried to contact the store and was unable to make contact.

Customer service is so ridiculous and very harsh and rude behaviour staff working here. They make mistakes by themselves and then throw the pizzas on the face of the customers.

Terrible customer service for this store. Have got confirmed refund from them but never receive and it is already 31 DAYS. Trace up with customer service FIVE times and never get through this store, no matter their store number or franchise owner. Gonna dispute the order and report to ACCC.

Quite inconsistent service and quality of pizzas here. It’s sometimes good and sometimes not great.

Service wise, customers are often ignored at the counter for a good few minutes without acknowledgment.

Food wise - the ingredients sometimes are sparse. The serving size is also smaller than it used to be. A large pizza no longer fills the box up but only 3/4 (see photo)

Me and my girfriend went there to grab an order, two guys at front were idiots, seems like Indian guys. Kept looking so weird way and she asked me to wait there and she went out of the shop and told me later, she felt so uncomfortable. Owner should teach them customer service or throw them out of the shop. Date-20/05/2023 around 4pm. Never coming back to this shop. Such an idiots.

I pre ordered 2 hours before for 12: 45 delivery. Came at 1: 15. Half an hour over. I cancelled and wanted a refund. Nothing was done about it. Will never come back. Absolutely disgusting.

Delivery driver left food at my back door where animals got to it. Claims he called which I got no calls or notified it was delivered. Given no solution just forced to deal with it. Great service guys.

They gave me the wrong crust on my cheese pizza and didn't even put cheddar on it, they could have at least added more mozzarella to make up for it but did not. And also didn't add cheddar on my pepperoni pizza which I paid extra for.

I was 4 star and said will give 5 if there consistant well tonight was a major fail
I ordered peperoni and Hawaiian with extra pinaple and i got peperoni with pinaple and hawain with peperoni.

Went to order a pizza, so overpriced not worth it at all.walked in n was completely creeped out by their delivery driver who kept perving on my young daughter.never coming back.one star is a high rating for this.not impressed.

Ordered online. Pizza was meant to be ready in 14 minutes. Drove to store when the app said "ready for collection". No staff member in store. Door was locked. No sign on door. Open sign flashing. 5 minutes later staff member appears. Tells me he's been on delivery and it will take another 10 minutes to make my order. I ask for a refund and he gives me some nonsense that he can't and it will take 3 days to process as i'd ordered online. Order pizza from anywhere but here.

The quality has definitely decreased. I had a veggie sensation pizza 2-3 months ago and it was sooooo good. Ordered anothee one a few days ago and it tasted completely different. Adding to that, the guy who served us was confused as well, they should be trained properly

Given a 7: 30 delivery time, called at 8: 20 as it still said preparing, spent 25 minutes on the phone just to get disconnected one second after the call was finally answered.
Order still says preparing, will it ever turn up? Lets watch and find out.edit: Exceptional experience in the response to this review was apparently to do nothing except provide a canned response

I ordered 1 large meat lover& 2 medium meat lover I payed 48$ when i get home I checked the price and medium meat lover is 12.95! They ask more money if you don’t check the price carefully!

Extremely disappointed when I spent $50 on dinner to get the food undercooked, driver didn’t have my change when I said over the phone more then once that it was cash got olives when I asked for none let alone they said it wasn’t on the pizza definitely not going to be ordering from here definitely prefer Pizzalucious next door for your value definitely not worth $50 when I had to cook it in the oven if I could I would rate 0 stars

We had it for dinner last week and it was exceptional! One of the best Pizza Huts no doubt. Please keep it up

I ordered 6 wings and the potatoe gems
Gems were not cooked, soft and just grose, chicken was literally just, just on the boarder of not being safe to eat so yuck. I ended up heating the gems and the chicken I ended up just throwing out the texture screamed food poisoning. Still ate the gems as I was stuck at work.

Really disgustingly shocking considering is was 18 bucks

How the hell are you still in business?

I’ve order there a couple times and was awful every time
The pizza was undercooked wings were bad and chips soggy
When you get in the store the smell is so bad I would never go back it grossed me out
When I complain about my order the manager said he would give us our next order for free but then changed his mind and was extremely rude and agressive. I would not recommend to go there. Just go to dominos they are better and nicer

Wasn't a present dinner for me.
Domino tastes better.

But the flavour bit sad

Spent almost 50 dollars but none of them was nice.

I and my partner end up feeding the birds the next day.

They also sent my order wrong as well.
Ask for the spicy wings but sent us peri-peri or buffalo I only had 1 because it's way too sour.
