Pizza Hut Patterson Lakes

Firstly I tried to call the store no one answered the phone as when I order online the order is never what I want. So I ordered pizza online and in the special requirements comment box I mentioned that I need thin crust. When I went to pick up, the pizza given to me was pan crust, when I asked the-staff member she was quiet rude and said we are too busy to read the special requirements and said I should have chosen the thin crust, all I expected the staff to be polite and say she also did not read the instructions. Why do you as an organisation have a box for special requests or instructions if your staff do not read. Very disappointing service.

Pls find my receipt attached which cleary says thin crust.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Sunday surcharge was included in the cost. When checked with staff if they were paid penalty rates they confirmed that they were not paid extra for working on a Sunday. Isn’t this wage theft?
Pizza Hut can get away with these kind of deals. Obviously the franchise owner is not passing on surcharges. Very sad state of wage theft for the most lowly paid staff.

The staff I saw were very unprofessional, in particular one of the young girls was really rude, I came in to pick up a pizza and she was in a horrible mood and extremely rude, the pizza is pretty bad but the worst experience was this staff member

Placed a order for delivery on website with correct address but delivered to another address took the first number of address as a unit number. Not happy 2nd time this has happened staff were not helpful at all
Horrible service

Useless customer service, they delivered to the wrong house and would not offer a refund or a voucher. Wouldn’t buy from here again

Didn’t expect much but the pizza was worse than expected. Makes dominos look a gourmet pizza place. Food taste and looks like it barely spent 3minutes in ovens.
Got a call from the restaurant saying can I please come and pick up my food? Confused as I ordered delivery. Look out side the driver is just sitting in their car wanting me to come and get it. Didn’t even want to get out of the car

A small is what Is considered in other places as "mini". Surprisingly small.

This is a disgusting place and the staff are more then disrespectful, unbelievably rude, lack of interest in helping customers. To hang up on a customer who is just checking up on the proces of their order is childish. I feel sorry for the innocent employees who are having to put up with this poor management. 1 star is being super generous.

It was the best pizza I have ever tasted. Mouth watering, delicious, I can't think of words to describe it. So glad I gave this new shop a try.

Tried this place as the regular place we used was closed.

Amazing pizzas, the toppings are generous, well distributed and the thin and crispy bases are amazing.

Other places thin and crispy bases can get very oily and soggy, but these have been great.

Have had 3 deliveries with no issues through the pizza hut site.

Ordered thin crust pizz but gave me Pizaa with normal base.

They are Good, And I guess they are new management in this Patterson Lakes, Over all the experience was good and food was good! I Appreciate them and hope they keep it up and help us give good food in the future too

Biggest rip off ever, terrible loaded Mac and cheese, spud bites were just soggy potato gems worst value meal ever, dogs got more than anyone else, tried to contact you as per your reply……still waiting on a call back

Most appalling service ever! The pizza ordered for pick up an hour later wasn't ready even 15 minutes later. 2 other people also had their orders messed up too. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me with this business, try 2 out of 3 times. If the management does not pull up their socks, this venture may not survive at all. They have a decent product but are unable to provide the service to make it viable. Not a happy customer.

I ordered pizzas for pickup and they prepared on time and they are tasty, staff is so friendly and pleasing to receive the customer. Love to go again

Worst pizzas ever I had
I ordered chicken supreme, Hawaiian and vegi pizzas. We received chicken supreme without chicken and all pizzas were very dry and VERY VERY small amount of cheese. I called the Pizza Hut head office and complained about the quality and lack of knowledge of the staff at the outlet.
