Pizza Hut Oakleigh

The pizza is kind of as expected from Pizza Hut. The staff are pretty friendly and haven't had any problems so far.
I wouldn't buy the pizza at full price but with discounts it's not too bad.

The Indian/pakistani staff working there is really rude and has no courtesy of talking with customers.
This is the worst pizza hut staff i have ever encountered

App said ready but said 15 to 20 mins when arrived at shop. Head back after 15 mins. Pizza was still not in the oven.

The topping from this store has shrunk time and time again.
Would NOT return.

Burnt pizza hard as a biscuit delivered.tried to eat but couldn't, was so hungry, I called them they just said sorry I paid for something that was burnt

I Have ordered 2 Vegan Delux and Cheese pizza around 3 weeks ago. They have swap the order and provided wrong pizza. I called as I picked up the food and didn’t check and was far away so he agreed on the mistake and told me to refund in full. It’s been 3 weeks since then and no refund and been calling them 4-5 times and every time saying will be don’t today but nothing happen yet. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I will surely complain to Pizzahut as well for the this kind of behavior.

Been here a couple of times as I’ve heard the Springvale Pizza Hut store has gone downhill. Both times the pizza has been great, the typical kind of pizza I expect from Pizza Hut. Service has been friendly as well. The pizzas do seem like they have shrunk a bit compared to other stores I’ve been to, which might be due to shrinkflation but I’m not exactly sure. Good Pizza Hut store!

The female Indian staff's rudeness is unbelievable. She really needs to seek mental health. I don't think it's appropriate to let her continue to work when she's ill.

Box smelt like the delivery driver used it as an ashtray. Pizzas very average. Used to be good.

Never arrive, and unable to cancel / contact restaurant and the phone number is switched off

I picked up a original pan pizza. It was greasy. Toppings doesn’t feel fresh. The bottom of the box turned greasy. The pizza tasted greasy and bready. The staff was friendly and quick.

Super fast delivery, arrived 10 minutes earlier than it said it would, and piping hot too:) I love the texture of the pizza base, it's fluffy but crispy at the same time, and they're always generous with toppings. A solid and reliable pizza hut:)

Went there to get wings with different flavours, wanted to get 24 pack but the cashier told me I had to get 6 pack 4 times to get different flavours which will cost me nearly double. I told him i m happy with only 2 flavours but he said he wont do it. They used to do it in the past.
Very rude they way he responded. This all just happened right now btw.

Pizza is expensive and the fact that we ordered in a public holiday made it even more expensive. We had better pizzas in other places with the same price range.

This is a store that has its pizzas being served swiftly. They're usually busy & I'd say a lot of it has to do with what Claire & Rajat do at the store.
Their attitude to each client is welcoming & attention to detail is clearly seen.
The super supreme & the Hot Spicy Veg.are the classics.

Ordered a few pizzas last night for pickup,
They were fresh and so yummy.
The owner of the store was very nice and friendly.
Definitely better than dominos
Will be coming back again ️

Got the vegan options.nice they have them available.
Average pizza. Original pan was very bready. Large chips were really mini size.

Spicy vegetable pizza is so yumm…. Best pizza I’ve ever had …. Cheese lover is Amazing … they run so many offers as well

Its alright a guy named noor made me the best pizza, best experience in my life! Really recommend this as there is such skilled pizza makers like noor.
