Pizza Hut North Balwyn

Pizzas here taste fresh always. Not salty! Doughs are very soft and puffy. Staff nice. Always on time. We order pizzas with vegan cheese and they taste good as per my kids.

I ordered the Cheese Lover pizza but it looks like they put too much cheese on the dough so it covers everywhere even on the box and also makes the pizza very soggy and we couldn't even hold properly.

Great service and a satisfactory overall experience. Their service team really took care of my take away order and prepared it well before I expected on such a busy weekend night.

One of the best for me when choosing where to order my fav pizzas online. Never had any problems with delivery or quality - always good and friendly service:)

Very bad customer service and attitude! They will check your food away if you are even just one minute late for the pick up order! Very angry and disappointed!

You can’t get worst pizza than Pizza Hut Balwyn.
We have been ordering for such a long time and have repeatedly called to give feedback to the manager but absolutely no improvement.
Pizza’s are basically just baked flour with zero toppings. A full chicken pizza had barely ANY chicken on it. Vegetarian pizza had NO veggies.
Complete waste of money and time! Spoint Friday evening. Never ordering again!
You just lost a loyal customer!

If I can give zero stars I will one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had and I usually don't get bothered but this interaction made me review this place. The worker was extremely rude condescending and would not make the order as specified. Needs to learn what customer service is and how to communicate with customers.avoid this Pizza Hut

Very tight with toppings. One piece of pepperoni and one piece of sausage per slice. First and last visit due to local pizza shop closed on Monday’s.

Would not honour the lunch time special, manager wanted me to pay more. So I went online after I was to.d I could not have the online special, I ordered it online and went to pick up pizza, manager abused me and said he is refusing me service,

This is the worst, most incompetent Pizza Hut store of all time. Delivery is always late and the preparation of food is sub standard. I will never order from this store again.

STAY AWAY

This store is a disgrace to PIZZAHUT reputation. Staff can't take order properly totally stuffed up order then try tell you it's you fault and be rude and aggressive about it and hang up in your face. Pizzas won't even made properly and they try tell me I ordered wings that don't even exist on website.

What a disappointment, if you want PIZZAHUT find your next best closest store.

SHARP ITEM IN FOOD. I mean seriously WHAT THE HELL. I ordered a veggie pizza 2 hours ago through Uber eats (6: 15 on 29/12/2021). After one bite a sharp object cut my gum deeply and caused severe bleeding. It has been very sore since. I already complained through Uber. The restaurant is not even picking up their phone. I have attached the photo of the sharp thing. JUST TERRIBLE. This place should be closed.

Pizza is always good quality, they are very generous with their toppings and the team are friendly and welcoming. They also have great opening hours. It's my go to Pizza Hut.

Frustratingly unprofessional… attempted to deliver food for this business via UberEats only to be rejected by made up rules that only this store adheres to.

Refused to cancel the rider request and will cause me to get a strike against my account.

It seems to me from the numerous single star (in reality 0 star) reviews that this business is diligently working towards dragging down the name of Pizza Hut.

I don’t care if your community manager value my feedback and sharing it to your team because obviously nothing is being done to amend their mistakes.

Very pathetic experience, my son ordered 2 pizzas over phone and I went to pick from 20 kilometres. An Asian guy with turbine said in a very cold manner “there is no order and further cannot take new order to give pizzas as well”
It was still 30 minutes till closing- very strange and impolite, no business sense, Franchise should investigate, and see what’s happening in brand name of Piza Hut!

Disgusting experience at this place.
Stomach felt sick within hours of consuming the pizza. Furthermore, the poorest customer service i have ever seen. Would never recommend this place.

Delivered two pizzas at 9.45pm, called multiple times and no pizza was delivered! Time of arrival was meant to be 10.18. Pizza didn't arrive till 1.5 hours later and was cold! Garlic bread was cold and stale! SO disappointing and will definitely not recommend ever again! Such poor service and rude customers said they didn't have our order when they clearly did!
