Pizza Hut Doncaster East

Good to see this Pizza Hut open again. It’s in a very convenient location. Food and staff are great. Very clean store.

Having visited Pizza Hut in Doncaster several times in the past, my latest experience under their new management truly stood out. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed right from the moment we stepped in. The positive changes are noticeable and have greatly improved the overall dining atmosphere. Kudos to the new management for elevating the customer experience to a new level. Highly recommend visiting to see the improvements for yourself!

Under new management this store now, nice staff and good customer service. Yummy pizza, my experience is fabulous and I recommended to pizza lovers.

We ordered online for the 2 for 1 deal, however we only received one and the person at the counter did not do anything about it. Will not order again.

One hour pick up order ordeal. Ordered pick up. Tracker showed that order is ready. Came to store, no one at the counter. Rang the bell on numerous occassions, no one is at the back either. When someone finally come out, my order is not on the system and has not been made. 1st they said that my order was delivery. I have to show them so many times that it's a pick up order. Finally I had to wait for the order to be made. No apology made.

So tried Pizza Hut in Alice Springs recently and was happy with a cheap fast food option at lunch.
Now for the Doncaster East Pizza hut, well the large peperoni was good tasty once again for a cheap quick feed (not expecting wood fired fine dinning), but the large meat lovers was presented in a swimming pool or bbq sauce which overwhelmed the topping the base the cheese, the box and my clothes.

Crunchy pan crust with loads of toppings. I ordered chicken supreme and Veggie sensation both tasted amazing.

The service was also quick 10 minutes as the staff said it would take.

Worst pizza that you can waste your money on…if you want quality pizza then don’t visit this place.

I called the Doncaster east store and said they gave the wrong pizza, the manager just hung up the phone and couldn't get in again.

Poor customer service.staff look at you and.felt like begger event hough u have paid them on-line.hut hut

Khushboo and Flora have been amazing at getting pizzas as per special requests. Very polite and friendly staff. Ambience is very good.

The cutting method of stealing food still needs to be improve.

I placed an order online and arrived at the store on time according to the pick-up time, but said they didn't receive it and waited another 20 minutes to get the meal.

We have given Pizza Hut several chances but unfortunately they have disappointed us again. Last two orders they have forgotten a pizza. This last time they told me 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready that they forgot to cook one of the pizzas but not to worry it was just put in the oven while the rest of the order sits under the heat lamps. It all tasted bland and old.

Response to Dean. I tried to call the number you provided and all they have the ability to do is take my order. Apparently there is no way of calling you direct I tried twice.

Took almost 20 mins for the one pizza to be cooked as per the website ordering system. Arrived 5 minutes after this, and it was still needing 5 mins in the oven.
Pizzw was the most oily thing I've ever eaten, actually quite sickening. Not sure if this is just a Pizza Hut thing or just this place.
Would only get if desperate but I'd rather get a sausage roll from the servo next door.

This store is due to be reopened soon as evidenced by this renovated shopfront with the modern logo.

Edit: Petrol station told me it reopens on the 11th.

Well the stores been closed for ages. Got super excited that it had reopened. I shouldn't have been. Their "deep pan" was less than 1cm thick. Was just an oily overcooked mess. Dont bother with this place. If you want pizzahut, go to balwyn or ringwood. Would give zero stars if i could.

Happy they reopened this Pizza Hut.

Generous toppings, base is really good.

A good joint. They always give me a discounted pizza, probably because I worked at Woolworths Petrol opposite to them.

I've been there for couple of times and i was happy always.a little bit less than some stores ingredients but nice and delicious
