Pizza Hut Croydon North

Had a whoopsie with an order, where the toppings slipped to one half of the pizza. Sent feedback via their online forum.figured it would be useful for them. 20 min later the driver showed back up with the order remade.blown away as was absolutely not expecting anything! Such a friendly driver and put a smile on our faces.

It was a great experience eating from Pizza Hut Croydon, the pizza deal was very good and I got my order exactly on time. Till I went home, the food was delicious to eat.

This was the WORST PIZZA I have ever had in my life. Never again will I get food from Pizza Hut. It was cold and disgusting

Both times I’ve ordered they ahve been 2 hours late and forgot parts of my order. Terrible place and the pizza is cheap and garbage.

Its pathetic for $22 you get a pizza that is the same size as my hand as I ordered a medium how can you warrant that, and also its stupid and ridiculous how you can charge a 15% surcharge for Sunday (I wasn't told this either I found out later)

This is our absolute favourite place for pizzas! They exceed our expectations every single time. Such great tasting pizza varieties. Meat lovers pizza is just amazing. Keep up the great work guys, we love you!

The worst pizza, hardly any topping, the crust it’s was humongous. I should just stick with my local pizza in Mooroolbark.

I am overjoyed that a Pizza Hut has opened locally and that it delivers to us in Wonga Park! Their pizza is just so delicious! On a busy Fri/Sat delivery can take a while but I just plan ahead. Never had an issue with our orders and just so happy!

I ordered 45 min in advance and asked to be delivered at 6. It’s 6: 30 and I’m waiting so that’s more than 30 mins late. I CALLED AT 6: 15 and he said 2 minutes it still hasn’t arrived. I have two hungry kids waiting. Do you have any idea what it’s like to deal with hungry kids? I would rather have picked it up.

This outlet has the best chicken wings in the area - by far. Their vegetarian pizza with a thin and crispy base is also exceptional.

The staff at this store are Amazing! They go out of their way to help you and the food is always perfect. They are my new go to Pizza Hut! Thank you team!

Saw the website menu and asked my husband to pick up last night.
Ordered a 2+2 deal, meat lover and pepperonis pizza + garlic bread, they gave us two small bottles of coke since they doesn't have the big one. That's alright.
And they didn't give us receipt so we found out they overcharged us after we finished the meal. I went to the website double check and it's $26.95 pick up.
Reminder, please keep the receipt in all times.

PS. The pizza is good.

Absolutely disgraceful we waited for 35-40 min other people came in and out and we asked where is our pizza and they haven’t even started we asked for our money back and had to argue with them to get it, we won’t be back

Long way to go make up ground on the other large franchise that was there.
Soggy Pizza - not all promotional items available as they are either out of stock or the owner simply is not stocking them
Service was poor - no real customer care, nor real listening ability to what the next customer wanted.
Hope they improve - could be a long summer for them.
