Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In reviews
60 This must be one of the last all you can eat Pizza Huts around.
Pizzas were spot on, fantastic base and crust, lots of toppings. I'd almost come back for the Garlic bread alone.
Enjoy this while it's still around.
Sam was absolutely amazing, thank you so much for all your help we will be back very very soon! 11/10
Doesn't look like it's had a decent clean for ages, almost all the plates had chips out of them, salad bar looked questionable. Due to the soft serve machine being out of order I guess that wanted to make their own by letting tub ice cream melt. Garlic Bread was nice though.
A big shout out to Sam and Nirage for starting the kitchen up again, as we arrived late. Thanks so much for your warm hospitality and yummy pizza and pasta. It brought back many fond memories of our past visiting here. All staff were fantastic!
Food fresh and tasty, excellent value. Staff were kind enough to make our favourite pizza for the all you can eat deal.
Premises a little worn but not a big deal. Last all you can eat pizza hut in Victoria. Definitely worth it!
I guess you get what you pay for. Plates and cutlery need some renewing. So slow with bringing more pizza out. Good if you love pizza and eat your moneys worth of pizza but prob never again.
Arrived at 5pm. No pizza or pasta available. Had to wait for it to be cooked. The salad bar was not inviting at all. The dessert bar was bare minimum and the best part of the whole meal was the garlic bread and the chocolate mousse.
The plates and cutlery were disgusting and stained and chipped. (I don't even think the op shops would accept them)
For 4 meals at the cost of $100 we were all pretty disappointed. The place was dirty and needs a good clean. I don't recommend this restaurant at all.
Very disappointed with it all.
Keep driving and save your $$
Health inspectors would have a field day in this place. How it has not been shut down is beyond me!
Went here to do the works deal, as in SA it is no longer offered. Food was terrible, atmosphere horrible, some drunk stormed the kitchen and was abusive to staff over lack of pasta. Horrible experience, very overpriced, nothing like I remembered it being as a child.
Unsure if this even deserves a one star. The food was terrible, it seemed like it had sat there all day. I hope we don’t get sick from this. The plates were filthy we had to go through the pile to find one clean enough to eat off. There was a random person standing just eating in the kitchen, doesn’t look good. I suggest if you have time to talk you can be cleaning the place or making fresh pizza. Do not recommend.
I remember going to all you can eat pizza hut when I was a kid. So treated my son and niece and nephew to an experience. Unfortunately staff couldn't keep up with food out put and the restaurant wasn't overly busy, tables were stacked with dirty dishes, toilets were dirty and very tired looking along with the restaurant. Food was still as I remember it. Main thing is kids had a good time.
Amazing Pizzas, food and service! We went for a friends 30th Birthday dinner and it was such a nice night. A highlight was the Deep pan hot n Spicy Pizza - to die for. The fit out is beautiful too, highly recommend!
Very Friendly staff and affordable price. The pizza bar has lot of varieties of Pizzas and quality foods.we will come back again for sure
We dined for a 2ish lunch.
Very minimal food at first, then slowly the pizza etc was bought out, but very slowly.
The restaurant is in need of a long over due deep clean, not just a surface clean. Many things not right about Pizza Hut, I won't be returning, until they have cleaned the restaurant to ppls satisfaction.
It's a shame really, as there aren't many Pizza Hut restaurants left.
Staff were pleasant enough, at the Bendigo store.
Ty Michelle.
Not too impressed went there to find the floor sticky and dirty. All tables not washed down absolutely filthy with marks on all chairs. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at. So asked for money back and didn't dine in. This is by far a OHS matter and should be sorted.
Very slow staff
Also food wasn’t fresh
And hardly brought food out for people not to mention food wastage
We had a good experience and the food was great. We would be back when we are in town. However, some general cleaning and maintenance could make this a fantastic experience. For example, there was a layer of dust on the soft serve machines heat exchangers. Some fixes needed to be made in the toilets.
Very limited pizzas and not that good. Very limited all you can eat, cheap salads. Wouldn't go again.
The pizzas are normal, as expected for big chain pizza places. But they took so long to get any veg pizzas out other than just cheese. The garlic bread is amazing but I wouldn't go for the brownie which is pretty doughy
Not many of these left but worth the visit. Unfortunately the pasta was not available when we were there but the pizzas were still good. Desserts amd icecream was still a hit.
Treat the family to a 90s throwback all you can eat pizza hut! Great service friendly helpful and accommodating.
