Pizza d'Asporto reviews
88 Fantastically nice pizza with multiple areas to sit. We sat outside under the heaters but there is also a great upstairs area that im sure functions could book out or just for extra room to dine.
Pizzas were great and cane out soo quickly. All located in the great pedestrian street of yarraville.
Came here randomly one night and so glad we did. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating and the decor is very homey and humble, giving you a taste of the authenticity they pride themselves on. These were some of the best pizzas I’ve tried in Melbourne. Light base, fresh and tasty ingredients and great serving size. Couldn’t fault anything about the pizzas and it makes excited to try the rest of the menu someday.
Absolutely amazing service from their friendly staff. We ordered pizza and pasta and were not disappointed. Will definitely be back for more.
My go to for pizza with the delicious addition of their special fresh herb, garlic chilli oil. Great options for vegos.
Had made a booking for 2 and when arrived the waitress overlooked us for walk ins and seated them according to where they wanted to be seated. We were standing right next to her and yet she kept her eyes on people metres away and ignored my calls for attention. When she finally turned to us she tried seating us on the stools in doors. I explained that my mother can't do high chairs and she said 'well, you should have put that in your booking. ' Basically, she'd given our table to the walk ins and instead of taking responsibility for her mistake said 'oh well, maybe better luck next time. ' i.e. Please leave, which we did. Have not returned to this place and unlikely to ever do so.
Although pork was fall apart tender in the pork ragu, the pasatta was just tomato sauce without garlic, onions or herbs - disappointing.
Great choice of Pizza. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. Reasonable prices and a great Gluten Free Pizza available. Check it out for yourself.
Fantastic staff and delicious flavourful food. They were super busy but found seats for us fast and were really cool about it. Love it here
You can’t deny a delicious wood fired pizza - and Pizza d’Asporto does not disappoint. Well worth a visit for an authentic pizza experience!
As always, excellent. Service is exceptional, food is outstanding. They make you feel like your one of the family. Keep it up guys, shout out to Toni out front.
I’ve been going to Pizza Daspoto in Yarraville every week (if not, every fortnight) for the last 2 years or so. It has almost become a second home for me - the staff are incredible and they treat you like family every time you visit. Authentic and delicious food, amazing atmosphere and you’re guaranteed to leave with a smile.
Pizza dAsporto is hands down my favourite pizza. To me, it’s the best in Melbourne. The bases are lovely and homemade, and high quality toppings. Yum!
Excellent. Excellent. It's so good it tasted like a wood fired pizza. This is the holy grail of pizzas.
Delicious, authentic Italian food! Get in early though if you want to eat in, they are ALWAYS busy and booked out.
A secret gem for the locals. The place is small but always crowded. It's always crowded because the pizzas are that good! It is undoubtedly the to-go place whenever we crave pizza. Book beforehand if you want the deck seats. I will come back for more!
Like Gradi. Just cheaper, better service, and in a much cooler location. Good for small groups or couples inside. Families will need to take advantage of outdoor seating for more room.
The crust of their woodfire pizza was amazing! Crispy and fluffy inside, I didn't even care about the toppings! Pasta was great but the pizza was better. Paired with a recommended Italian wine, it was a great lunch! Restaurant has outdoor seating that is next to the pedestrian grass area. Nice place to hang out!
Lovely to sit outside in summer and have a traditional Italian pizza and glass of wine or beer, very busy lots of young people having a good time.
Really enjoy the pizza, best I have had in Melbourne. However they tend to charge for the chilli oil if you get take away pizza.totally doesn't make any sense especially you don't get any cheaper of take away pizza and the chilli oil is free if you dine in.
The pizza crust was nice, the toppings weren't the best. We ordered the garlic chilli king prawns pizza, prawns were bland no garlic or chilli. No outdoor service. We had to clean our table ourselves.
