Pizza By D’Asporto reviews
16Lovely elevated pizza and pasta restaurant in Essendon. Great for a date night or a birthday. The service was friendly and when they made a mistake with our order they comped the dish
We were very well looked after by the staff and the food was wonderful as always. They catered perfectly to our three young children of both couples. Thank you, we will definitely be back!
Unfortunately no vegan options, we ordered 2 pizzas without cheese and these were disappointing without much tomato sauce or flavor.
Food was lovely, service and atmosphere was great. Only have one critic, pizza base was very thin.
Wonderful service and amazing pizza. Very glad we happened upon this place, couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend.
First time for us eating dinner here.
Wine by the glass is a little dear, good service by polite wait staff, nice food pasta very well cooked and a generous serve.
The one thing that isn’t good is the seating arrangement- WAY too close as in the tables and it impacts on the walkways - with peoples backsides almost brushing my shoulders as folks walked past. They need to get rid of the middle row of tables, as it’s off putting in my opinion.
A local asset, some of the best pizza in the inner-west. Great for both dates and families. Consistent across the board. Recommended! And the wine list is better than average.
Exceptional and attentive customer service. Tables were spacious and menu was extensive, was happy to see mostly the same options as the Yarraville establishment.
Foccacia we ordered to eat with the meat board to start, was dry, however accompanied by generous serve of olive oil and balsamic.
Pastas were more than generous portions for the price and cooked to Al dente perfection.
Perfect spot for a local pizza and pasta, pizza would best be eaten dine in as with most woodfire.
The pizza was absolutely stunning.
We added ham and tomatoes to the quattro formaggi, and also had one of the multi-meat ones (name I forget), both were utterly stunning. It’s a nice venue which is both small enough and large enough. Staff were nice and accommodating of us with our young baby.
We’ll be back:)
Yummy pizza and fresh. The take away Tiramisu how ever is smaller than a McDonalds McFlurry container and not that flavorsome.also for $15 you would expect a bit more.
Glad we tried it! Piatto will always be my fave but this place has currently the best pizza in the area. Quality ingredients absolutely flavour bombs, great servings! It has now become our go local pizza place - beautiful, well done!
Finally got a table tonight, its been packed and rightly so. Elegant decor. Fresh authentic pizza. Friendly service. Well done.
Very disappointing this evening. Got take away and had to wait 10 minutes after we were told it would be ready. Only to then find the pizzas had been sitting out since we got there and cold when we got home
From start to finish the food was good and the service was on par. Definitely will be back to try more of the menu.
Service was incredible, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing!
Definitely recommend.
Best pizza I've eaten in years.and that's probably since a trip to Italy, too!
Great pizza, great service, great value.
Can't wait to go back again.
