After searching worldwide for a web development company, we settled on Pixelstorm in Melbourne, Victoria. Not only did they have a great pitch, but they delivered a solution bursting with creativity and passion. And notably, on time and budget. I enjoyed working with the team; they were very responsive to feedback as we moved along through the project. Changes can be expensive and difficult to manage, though they inevitably come up in any project. The team at Pixelstorm had a very suitable approach to sorting this out along the way.

We could not have been more pleased with the results of the finished project. Feedback has been fantastic, and the response to the new design has been exceptionally well received. The site was even a finalist in the Australian Web Awards in the non-profit category.

We have a new type of technology called Nimblex and we sell in various vertical markets. All of this can be a complex story for prospects and clients to understand. We've struggled for many years to create a website that capture our technology, USP, culture, etc. Pixelstorm has done a fantastic job (and that it understating it) for Nimblex. It is not about building the website (that's the easy part). Pixelstorm led us on a proven process to discover our key messages, branding, look & feel, etc. This translated to an awesome new website that will spear head our future marketing strategy in a digital environment. I came to Paula and Dan asking them to rescue our website from a redesign where we lost all of our rankings and leads. They delivered an excellent site on budget and ontime and we are now converting incoming leads again.

We have used Pixelstorm since the inception of our company, Professional Plastering Services, in November 2005. We've had a great experiences with Pixelstorm. Most recently one of our sites needed a temporary splash page built in a customised way. As we had a number of people involved in the approvals for the page, it was a lengthy process. Pixelstorm had a great system to manage all the components, they were very responsive and we always knew where we were in the process. The splash page delivered on time and we and our client were very happy with the experience and end result. It feels like Pixel Storm has in 6 week destroyed my business that has take 10 years to build. From out right lying about work that has been done to sending me into oblivion with key word search rankings and even for my own business name. Dan & Paula the owners will tell you exactly what yo what to hear before you sign and then the relationship changes. I paid for SEO and extra web support from Dan. The first time I called Dan for the support as soon as I explained what i needed he just hung up on me. I thought I was disconnect accidentally but the next 2 times I tried to call he just hung up as soon as heard my voice. My experience with Paula his partner and co owner in Pixel Storm for me was even a lower level of support and technical know how. My website was not working on any mobile phone so I reported this to Pixel Storm. Paula just talked over me saying it worked for them. I then sent pictures of the website not working and threatened legal action then magical it was changed.

If you value your health and your business, please look elsewhere and this has been my most distressing experience to date of building a business up from nothing over a 10 year period
