Initially Neil was very helpful. However after he exited the business and sold it to the 3 current owners, i have had a shocking experience as they wanted me to pay them invoices for work they did not actually do. And they do not call you to talk, as they said they are not too confident about speaking on the phone.

Neil assisted us to have an online presence which matched the high quality of our magazines and the branding we wanted to portray.

We appreciated the collaboration approach with all of our ideas which made it easy to achieve a website that we are very proud of and I would highly recommend Pixelfire to anyone.
