Pixel Booth

Excellent, well priced Photo Booth hire and DJ package. They were very accommodating, and quick to set up, and photo printer was very stable, and came with photo props/dress ups, adn i requested the red backdrop. The photo booth was the biggest hit of the party, everyone got photos and loved it! It printed out doubles, so the guests could take one and I could stick one in a memory book. The kids and adults loved the photo booth, biggest "must have" hit of the party!
I requested an 80's music theme, so the DJ only played 80's music, which was great. DJ had everyone on the dance floor. Was so much easier and less stressful to get this double package from the 1 company. Would highly recommend and many party guests asked about this.

Visal designed a beautiful photo strip for our wedding night booth, brought heaps of fun props and was a breeze to work with. The booth was very easy to operate and made for heaps of fun memories we can now look back to. Thanks Visal

Few issues in the lead up similar to many others, issues with communication.

Unfortunately I cannot directly review Pixel Booth as I discovered that even though I booked pixel booth for the event, the area is serviced by a sister company (contracted out). This company had different backgrounds, props and equipment to what was detailed in the 'Premium' Package.

My advice would be to ensure when booking, is it Pixel Booth you will be getting or another contracted photo booth supplier.

To their credit however, I spoke to Visal and we ironed out any issues this had caused with the detail changes so it still matched the theme of the event.

The booth itself did work fine, alignment was off with the background as many others have said, however this doesn't ruin the fun pics that people took and I enjoyed.

This would manage the 5th star if the late notice changes didn't occur without warning.

PixelBooth is awesome! The quality of photos are unreal. Such flexible packages. Set up and packed up independently with ease. Photos printed in seconds at the event and the next day we received all the photos digitally. The complimentary custom photo designs and photo book were an added bonus. Literally no complaints!

I hired pixel booth for my 18th birthday and had a lovely experience from start to finish. Me, my friends and family loved the photos and the attendant was very professional. Highly recommended!

It was quite difficult to get a reply, I had to double text and email. On the night there was no one at the photobooth (can’t remember if this was part of the package) the camera was angled downwards and the pics were over exposed. They were better when standing far away. I’m still waiting to hear back from them, I’ve sent a nice text saying thank you and gave my feedback. Not really impressed and this was for my wedding.

The service from Vishal and his team was first class both for the open booth photo experience and the roving photographer. The open booth photos were an absolute hit at the party and really helped to generate the party atmosphere. The quality of the photos from both the booth and the roving photographer were brilliant. The colours were so vibrant and the clarity so sharp the photos were amazing. A wonderful record of a fabulous night. So grateful to Pixel Booth team.

This team is fabulous. We had them on our wedding. They are professional and everything they brought on the day is fantastic. Guests love it. Highly recommended to others and I will definitely come back to them if we need a photo booth for any occasion.

Photo strips were of good quality but communication in the lead up to the event could be improved (unanswered emails in the weeks leading up to the event). Attendant was helpful on the night. For the price we paid I was disappointed with the quality of the Photobook - basically a spiral exercise book. If I had known it would have been such poor quality, I would have provided my own!

Good:
- Arrived for setup
- Photo strip design was nice
- Photo booth worked

Bad:
- Poor reply times with lots of follow up required
- Called on the day to ask how far away the photo booth was and Visal had no memory of our booking, even named a different client. When I asked who he was sending for setup, he gave me the wrong name and number
- Man arrived for setup approximately on time, but was not going to stay to manage the photo booth as was detailed in the package. So we had to make signs for people to know how to use it.
- Props were broken and dirty, including a broken half of a masquerade mask and a white captains hat covered in stains
- The camera settings weren't right, causing photos to be too bright & overexposed
- A digital copy of the photos weren't provided, as detailed in the package

Pixel booth were amazing on the night, great memories from the photo booth! Would definitely recommend to anyone, as a host your too busy working the crowd, but with pixel booth rest assured the memories will last forever ️

One of the best in the game! Visal was amazing and he created such a friendly, supportive and fun environment to my 21st party. Such a professional work ethic and arrived and set up on time. Would definitely recommend using Pixel services to anyone looking for a phot booth!

Would not recommend at all! They did not even show up to my friends wedding when she booked it! There was a no show and no contact until 24 hours later! Warning!
